That's some pretty nonsensical criteria for songs.Bad music- Common, very easy to find, overplayed, over-repetition of lyrics and with very little to no sense.
Good music- Rare, hard to find, only played once in a while, with nice, powerful lyrics and plenty of sense.

I would argue that the song contains none of the three, when it basically repeats the same two bars over and over and over again.
