Have you given the show a try at all? It's not a bad idea. When I first heard of Friendship Is Magic, I didn't necessarily dismiss it as some kind of little girl's show, but rather as something that probably wouldn't interest me. Then I learned of bronies and the show having a fandom, and found pony videos lying around. I even found a user on this site with an Applejack avatar, though I didn't know it was Applejack at that point. I said "screw it" and watched an episode, and I've been a brony ever since.

Wait, nobody cares about this story, right? Whatever, I probably won't talk in this thread too much, for fear of it making a turn for the worse.

And the whole pony thing around here is pretty casual, and doesn't usually seem to intrude too much into other threads and topics. Around here, it's much less of a big deal than it probably was when it started. It's just another discussion topic, really. If you don't like the whole brony thing, simply ignore it. It's not the end of the world if you don't care for it.

I'd stick a Great To Be Different reference in this post, but I don't feel like it.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to wait for Rainbow Rocks, which comes out in just over two weeks.

I don't know where I'm going with this anymore, and doubt that anyone cares.
