If I could have ANY car, it would either be an:

Ferrari F50
or
Ferrarir Spider

But if you want to be realistic ;)

A 67 Ford Mustang Shelby Gt-500

and EVEN more realistic:

a Ford SVT Cobra R Mustang

Loving my new 89 Iroc I just picked up. Of course it needs work to match up to the Miata I once had:(

I like Holden Commodores. My favourite ones are from 88-present. Best HSV IMO is the VN SS Group A. VN and VS SSs and Calais especially

Mmmmmmmmmm...

hahahh. your sig is so funny.

I havent really thought about it. but 2 of my favorite cars must be the E30 M3 (87-91) and the Porsche GT3, 996 I think. I could also say "for various reasons", and add the F40 and current 760il to the list. maybe i will think of more later, i mean gosh, there are so many.

m5power. you said for various reasons, so I would like to hear your clever reason for putting those POSs in your list. JK.

To me:
Style (non-exotic)= 1998 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V
Style (exotic)= 1999 Ferrari F50
Engine (3-cyl)= 2003 Honda Insight
Engine (4-cyl)= 2003 Honda S2000
Engine (8-cyl)="tied" 2003 BMW M5 and 2003 Chevrolet Corvette ZO6
Engine (10-cyl)= 2002 Dodge Viper ACR
Engine (12-cyl)= 1996 McLaren F1
Interior=2003 Honda Element EX

My favorite cars would be in a practical side:
1. Honda Jazz
2. USDM 2004 Subaru Forester 2.5 XT (Turbo)
3. USDM 2004 Subaru WRX STi
4. BMW M5
5. Honda/Acura NSX
6. Honda S2000
7. Chevrolet Corvette ZO6
8. Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II
9. Porsche "996" Turbo w/ X50 Performance Package
10. Honda Pilot/Acura MDX

Oops, I skipped the 6-cylinder, my choice would be the nissan VQ-series that powers the 350Z, G35 (V35 Skyline), Maxima, I35, Murano, Pathfinder and the V6 Altima.

Yeah, my dads car has the VQ30. Sounds much better than the Falcons 4.0 or Commodores 3.8, a lot smoother as well. Its a shame that sooooo many of them are used in taxis here:lol:

Chevelle SS
Cobra
El Camino SS
T/A
Charger
Dodge Daytona
Early 60s Vette
Buick GTS
442
Viper
Super Bee
Nomad
70 Monte Carlo SS
Nova SS
Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi

Thats easy! Porsche 911 GT2. I've had a longer love affair with the Esprit, but it would take a team of test drivers to find a car better than the Porsche GT2 IMO. It could be the Mclaren F1, but I have reason to beleive the Porsche has a better chassis, and is only lacking the 200hp extra of the Mclaren. If there was a slightly closer Hp between the MacF1 and the 911GT2. I am confident that the 911 Gt2 would beat it.

Well seeing how I have never driven a car before I'm going on looks and to me I like a nice finely tuned Mitsubishi Eclipse. But of North American quality I would have to say a 1968 Ford Mustang.
The reason why I didn't choose a Porshe or a Ferrari is because they are already tuned and cosy waaaaaaaaaay too much money.

:embarrassed: Oooooooo I can't wait till I get my liscense.

I love a lot of cars for a lot of different reasons...

Yet there is one car... that to me is Nirvana.

Porsche 550 Spyder

(Sorry for the big pic, was the only non-replica I could find in a hury)

The Viper GTSR GT2 tops my list (actually all Vipers), 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona, Dodge Ram SRT-10.
In more practical terms a Camaro SS (or Z28), 94 Dodge Stealth R/T (300HP, AWD, Turbo), 80's BMW 325ci, 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 (Offroadster package for our car clubs treking), any Mopar (new or old), Dodge Stratus R/T, Cothsworth Ford Focus...

mine fave car is a nissan skyline yo!!!! so powerfull so cool it will beat anything yo!!

please.

my favorite cars are the ones that are customized with a cool thinking on them. and Im not saying speed as a thinking, but with innovation and creativity, in the aesthetics and the engineering in the car. that is what marvells me. that a people can actually make cars perform better not because they have tons of money, but because they can think and can pull it off with creativity, not the walllet.

Thank You Cano! what good is a mega-buck car..if it's still a plain old car(stock). I'd rather have a $50 POS and sink as much as possible on GOOD quality performance parts, and end up witha unique looking vehicle that can EMBARRASS those "pretty boys " in thier DADDY'S car!!!

Besides, ..call me old fasioned but I like to use my own hands and brain to create my cars...not just money (or someone else's !).

I like the Skyline, Supra and NSX for Imports. the Viper Venom and Shelby Cobra for domestics. Mclaren F1 and Ferrari 360 spyder for exotics.

As for Cano's comment yes I like skylines but I do agree that creativity not the wallet should determine what a car is. However you have to admit that (except for the bolt-on and ricer crowd) there can be creativity not just money in some imports.

still liking this guy!!!! you know, we can be veeery good friends dude... and, hell, even if its not a stock car, but a so-called trailer queen... toy know, the works, twenty coats of chromallusion paint that flip-flops to up to twenty collors and has so many gadgets and this all out, 300 punds sound sistem and this one of a kind in this part of the world body kit, 22 inch 20 000 dollars each wheels and all that stuff (making it undestandable to all) and of course the biggest turbo or 6 bottles of nitro and a three throthle body setup with direct NOS injection... up to 700hp to run in and out of the trailer!!!!!! yeah, rite.
and yes, I prefer a really odd car to modify, and of course, prefer the sleeper theme. thats why Im looking forward to getting back my old 1982 Fairmont wagon and modifying it :D so the corvette/honda/porsche/whatever it is in the next lane, just goes  when they see the disappearing tailamps of a grocery gettin 1982 fairmont wagon :D

Cano

and yeah, I know there CAN be creativity in the imports, but I have to see some of it yet. I mean, some more. its hard to admire the engineering feats that can be performed in these cars because most of them are already engineering marvels, but, for example, some of those 3-rotor mazdas are way cool and exhibit some hard thinking to make them happen. some of the engine swaps are cool, too, like that rx7 with a supra motor on it, and the list goes on and on... but as I said, its more difficult to apreciate it in import cars... and dont take that wrong, Im totally WILLING to see some of it. so, SHOW ME!!!

what about the skyline....I know it's rather expensive but it does have some good engineering points.

yeah, but, please READ... I said that they are ALREADY engineering marvels. I think the skyline its one of the most advanced, complex and impressive cars on earth. THAT is why its SO difficult to make a technological statement on them. but, for example, lez take this certain 69 Camaro and make it OVERRUN AND OVERCORNER a Skyline. and no stock Skyline, but a modded one. yeah, a 69 Camaro. 45 yerars old. if someone makes SUCH a statement, I think it will be MUCH more noticeable thatn to make a skyline top at 1100 hp. the same with the camaro. its a MUCH BIGGER statement to make one overrun and overcorner a skyline that making it have 1100 hp... after all, there are many more that are MORE potent than that...

Cano

so, yeah, I know the skyline IS an engineering marvel, but that is factory-developed. show me a tunned skyline or a tunned whatever with some THINKING into it, rather than some bolt ons.
c'mon. it can be done, no?
oh, and, about a 69 camaro overruning a skyline... Its true. there is such an animal.

I don't know....in my opinion the Veilside skyline is an engineering marvel....oh well it's all a matter of opinion....anyway how about making a 1.7 Liter civic that can beat a viper?....oh well

Hey cano have you seen/heard of the Gumball 3000? I think you (or any GTP member) would like it!

Cano, a 69 Camaro would be 34 years old, not 45 .

There is a "sleeper" Corvette around here (somewhere, dont know the guy's address). It looks totally stock, but he has done alot to it and made it a very good road racer (not as in street race, as in a sanctioned event on a road course)...
