any of the low level muscle & supercar races?

despite giving bob the best car to use and best compared to AI, he still manages to do crap 👎, i have 2 and both are around level 14, but prior to that they were shocking, especially the muscle car race as i gave him my 4th fastest which is an 05 vette c4 and he kepted spinning on the same sections...

both my bobs were very much near the bottom of the cool bar to begin with and both have been doing superb with the other races and i give them pretty much the fastest & best for the race, but when it comes to the ones ive mentioned, they just suck, its like untill they clear the pack its impossible to stop them from maxing the hot bar, granted they have to use none racing tyres which will be crap for the power of my car, but its surely that shouldnt always be a case for AI...

Check your tires.
I believe the max allowed is med sport.
If you only have racing hards, and comfort whatevers, the game will choose the best set of tires, allowed for the races.
In this case it would be the comfort tires... and those are crap.
Buy the best tires you're allowed to use, and you'll see a huge difference.

I had the same problem and saw Bob drifting all over the place, losing speed (and places) eventhough his car and lvl were supposed to be good enough.
Than I noticed he was doing it on comf. tires while sport meds were allowed.
Bought the tires, restarted the races, and watched Bob take the win.

aha cheers for that, would be the obvious choice lol..

but the thing that gets me, all my cars i spend money on has racing mediums(regardless if it comes with race tyres anyways) and so every race is selecting the available tyres, but i have other none muscle/supercar cars like rs6 avant for example which puts out more power than the cars i was using for the mentioned events and bob did fine with that in a race, infact after i made this thread bob won the classic supercar event with the ferrari 512 which ive got putting out over 500hp, yet the scuderia which is better in everyway and quicker, bob struggles with .
