What shoes/sneakers do you have?

Like i had said, I usually wear just a metal shirt with camo or dark brown/green shorts. Atm all my camo shorts are ripped :( and the store that was selling them no longer sells them so i'm a bit out of luck with only one pair of dark brown shorts left. I've been thinking about getting some jeans though.

Back on the topic of the boots, im leaning a bit more towards the ruboffs. I'll really have to think about it though. $130 some odd dollars plus shipping is going to put a pretty good size dent in the money i'm trying to save up for a car.

*sigh* what to do, what to do

$130 shouldn't hinder your car purchase by too much. That's the price you should expect to pay for a good pair of boots.

What's with the camo and metal only stuff? Don't like options?

It's what works for me, and it's what i like.

I don't just wear metal shirts, I'll wear my pink floyd shirt from time to time. I don't really have too many shirts though. I have two metallica shirts, one pink floyd, one black sabbath, and that's about it. The only other shirts I have are nerd shirts (like my roflcopter shirt) so i have something to wear around the people at my church. Metal shirts are pretty hard to find for me anyway having to live in a strongly christian household. I can't have skulls, I can't wear slayer shirts (pentagram), I can't wear cannibal corpse (the name alone), I can't wear nile (snakes), so you see where i'm coming from.

As for the shorts, I just like camo shorts. Not extremely visible camo (like tan and green and such), just camo with slight changes in the same color.

Well, take some pics of the boots when/if you get em. They kick serious ass. Make sure to post a video as well, of you curbstomping a sucka. :)

It's been awile since I last posted in here, so's an update is at hand...
I've recently obtained a pair of bright red Chuck Taylor allstars, in size 14. They run a size bigger, or else, I'd bought 'em in 15. Aside from those bad boys, a pair of black & grey Vans in 15.

I sooo want to custom order a Puma with crazy colors [the lime green sulfur whatever thing with GT red and camo mesh, with vivid blue binding ] from their mongolian bbq thing now.

This time of year I wear Merrell Continuum's, they were a bit expensive but they are such good shoes. Waterproof, comfortable, warm, and I don't need to tie them. The ones I have are a darker gray and brown from the one in the picture but that is the style.

Now that i think of it, i could spare the money for the boots. My next paycheck from my 2nd job will be $270 for two fridays and three saturdays, along with the small check i get from my first job of around $67 a week. I have around $400 in the bank atm, and that's without the $270 paycheck from my 2nd, and two $120 paychecks from my first.
It's gonna suck driving in them though, I would also buy some kind of cheap "normal" shoe for driving around.

2 Adidas, one $90 and one $50
2 Nikes, One $100 and one $140
3 Pumas, One $100, one $60, one $70
2 pairs school shoes
1 pair sandles
1 pair slippers

Alas, the shoes I couldn't wait to have. Two whole sizes too small but they'll work. Just as long as I don't keep them on for too long. I also picked up Halo 3 afterward, so I had to throw it in the picture too.

a few of mine...shut up about the crocs. they're to take the dog outside...only

"dress" shoes:

and I also have a pair of discontinued Oakley sandals that I got at Marshalls for like 15 bucks. They are AWESOME.

Yeah Oakley flopped with their footwear project. They started selling various sandals and cool-looking shoes 6 or 7 years ago, including one of the first mainstream laceless shoe (neoprene instead of any bounding lace or cord) right near when Merrel was making a killing on them too. I got a pair of those, and also some other regular-style shoes later on. They also had a golf line.

They discontinued most of their footwear for summer 08, now all they have is flipflops, golf shoes and some outdoorsy stuff.

I had three pairs of Oakley shoes, and not one pair ever wore out on me. I go through a pair of shoes in 6 months, I still have my Oaks from 3-6 years ago. Most of Oakley's product is very good quality. Much of it is crazy expensive, and is overhyped, but most of it is also worth it. I've fallen asleep on my glasses a couple times. Never bent...

Their design has gone too skier for my tastes lately, but I still keep an eye out on their upcoming lines. I know an Oakley rep, so I get all sorts of dibs on next season's sample product once it has made the rounds at trade shows, so I've got a ton of Oakley swag, some of it never even sold to the public because of lack of retail interest.

got a pair of AirForce ones. Light blue with suede blue
Nike Dunks. Green and Yellow. Baseball stitching style
