AAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH

I recently bought a Corvette Z06 to use as my Drag Car. The first thing I did was take on the Drag Queen's second race day. The first thing The DJ started talking about was my car and all its glory. I went to the drag stip and raced against a Hemi Cuda on the 1/2 mile and got a time of 16.23 seconds!! I bought all level 3 upgrades too. What am I missing:banghead:. Plus, how do I pop a wheelie? :banghead:

Supra was the best drag car I had, for a wheelie you need all level 3 upgrades and a truckload of power, my Supra had just shy of 1100bhp.

First of all, do you really need to have that title to attract people to help you? Second of all, is this really important to your life? Would it kill you if you don't get help at all? Okay, since I'm such a nice guy, i'll just post what I know to make your car wheelie: (but i'm not 100% sure if it will work)

Well..... the simplest (for me) to make the car wheelie is just lower the front ride height and increase the ride height of the rear wheel. (both set to min/max heights) Then just try to increase the rear tire size (both in terms of rim size and tire thread size) to increase the rear grip. Also, this may sound weird but try to max your final gear ratio and increase each of the gears to more than half (or so I think)
Hopefully these setups will make you car wheelie with ease. I got my Shelby GT500 to wheelie with this setup. 👍

I found it to be interesting that when I was drifting my Escort Cosworth, I would randomly flip. (Note, I was drifting in grip mode. seriously. Try it. You will flip.)

It is very unrealistic but hey, not every game needs to be realistic, that would just get boring after a while. In my opinion the thing Pro Street has going for it, is its fun.

Is there a particular reason that this thread required Reply ASAP in the title? Why did we all need to be in such a tearing hurry to hear you whine?

Until you finished the game. Then it just gets boring... (of course, if you had the PS2 version like me.... :banghead:) I don't get it though, if this game was a complete fail, why are there people still playing Pro Street? :odd:

Pro Street is fun? Oh that's why I sold it  Before I did sell it my Chevelle was my best drag car, ran 7-8sec 1/4 mile passes or something. Did a wheelie the entire 1/4 mile

I set up my suspension in NFS: PS to wheelie in the following fashion:(wording may differ from here and the game, but it's not too bad...)

front damper compression: hardest
front damper rebound: softest
rear damper compression: softest
rear damper rebound: hardest
rear spring: softest
front spring: softest
ride height: highest
rear roll bar(in case you begin swerving, you don't want to flip, which is very easy with these settings): hardest
front roll bar(same reason as above): hardest
front tire pressure(least rolling friction, just a good thing to have): highest
rear tire pressure(most grip available for acceleration): lowest

Except for the induvidaul settings where I labeled why I've set them up like I have, the settings just work with the motion of the car's body in a way which causes the most rearward weight transfer. To do a wheelie, the car must be rear-wheel drive as well. I applied these settings to my 1000+ hp Impreza, and wheelied an impressive 0 ft. I then did it to a Charger, and consistently topped 1310 ft. Also, it's good to note that the game automatically changes your car's settings for wheelie competitions; my Charger popped the front end up ever so slightly during drag races, but hurled it skyward for grreat distances during wheelie comps.

EDIT: damn smilies! Oh well, you'll figure out what I was trying to communicate...
