Oh, um, not to be a jerk, but I'm surprised you haven't memorized the Unit Circle™ yet. ;) Makes trig a million times easier if you do.

Anyway, not to leave you hanging, but it's waay past my bedtime. G'night folks. :D
Ditto!

Well I was in grade 12 in 1998, so it was a while back. I only started the trig again two weeks ago ;)

I learned about using Flash MX today in Web Page Design. In science I'm learning all kinds of pre-Chem stuff about ions and stuff like that. In History I learned about Pearl Harbor. In English I had a test on congjulating(sp?) verbs. And in math I learned the Quadratic formula which I learned last year because I took the same class. That's what I did.
And how old are you? I learned that stuff when I was like 14 or something. and quadratic equations are easy.
(a+b)(a+b) = 2ab+a^2+b^2
(a+b)(a-b) = a^2-b^2.
Today I learnt that no matter how hard you try pooring water into your ears wont unblock them. (I have a cold)

i learned that people blame there stupid horny mistakes on being drunk, when even i know no matter how tanked i am i can still see the difference between an ugly girl, or a good looking girl. so can my friends, but theyre desperate, and choose to get some nasty ass and blame it on poor old alcohol.
their reputations have suffered tonight.

i also learned that drunken 15 year old girls think im hotter than i really am.

i learned that my girlfriend likes to mess with my head.(figures)

i learned that off-duty cops are still alowed to act as on-duty cops.

and i learned that vodka on a chicks breath turns me on.

I learned that stuff when I was 13. I just took it again so I'd have an easy first year in HS. I should be in Geometry.

I learned it would be a smart idea to not leave my studying for 2 midterms and a quiz till the day before I write them 👍

Looking out the window this morning, I learned that I greatly prefer England's constant rain and fog over Michigan's constant snow and ice. Bleurgh.

If you had stayed a couple months more you could've enjoyed some snow and ice.

I learned from some guy in another board, that when a girl invites you to have lunch with her, have long outside walks and tells you most of her secrets, doesnt mean she likes you.

I've just learned that GTP is way more active during midday, since everyone seems to be surfing from work.

Today I leanred that putting a car on ebay, its price shots up a lot of money within the first 12 hours :D and still have 6 days left.

Nice Miata :) What car are you selling?

Today I learned nothing more than that everyday life is the same on everyday. Like I learn on everyday else, except for some days when insight strikes.

I am selling the Iroc because of lack of funds for it. . . Never did get to drop the 454 Rat or 502 Rat into it I wanted to. I had the 454 in it for a week but never got to run it because I was waiting for some parts and then lost a job and sold a lot of the items along with the 454 to get my savings up while in search of a new job. . . :(

Oh.. sorry.. It's blue right? Think i've seen some pictures of it here.. Sorry to hear your 454 project didn't work out. Anything +7 litres is awesome. You'll get it in another car some other day.

yeah. . . I am actually looking at an MR2 to replace the Iroc with, a first generation. . . Thinking about a 305 in the rear of that thing :D but I am not sure if it will fit, I know it is going to be tight to get it into the car but it would be oh so worth it :D

Plus I think I am going to sell my mustang. . . Already got too many tickets in it :(

The 1st gen mr2 is a beautiful car. It's probably possible to fit a 305 in it, I'm thinking of a porsche 914 I read about which got a 350 conversion. The question is probably about economy and motivation.

History- took a test on the Constitution

Driver's Ed.- got the little card saying I passed the written exam *i did w/ a 94:D *

Geometry- learned about 2 column proofs *still have no clue about what the hell they are:P *

Spanish- played Spanish bingo and won one round ;) , took a spelling/ translation quiz.

I think that is great inspiration for the Mr2 actually. I really don't want to do body work to the car with the 305, but I believe I'll need to make the wheel wells wider to open up for space on it for the tires and I will defiantly need some wide arse tires to keep traction. . .

Body work is optional. When I read about the 914 the body was entirely original, like this one: http://adcache.collectorcartraderonline.com/10/5/8/61301658.htm

I can see it, but have a MR2 with 8.5 to 9.5 inck wide tires on the rear will not fit under the wheel wells and then some one is going to think something is up. . . then again hearing a V8 will also do that. . . Sleeper, unless it is one of those high school students that knows nothing about cars, they'll know. . .

Well, I was about to create this very same thread, but I searched first so I'll just revive this one.

I learned the Wednesday is spelled wed-nes-day. :dunce:

I also learned what a DVD-RAM is. (sorta)

Here's something else you can learn about it. It's called 'Wednesday' after 'Wodan's Day' or 'Odin's Day', Odin being the Allfather god of Norse mythology.

There you go, that's something else I learned today. :D

Tell us about Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, oh wise one.

You know, this is actually a really good topic. Already, this morning I have learned that workers must yell through duct work to find out where it goes - so they can't use radios.

That's strange, alright. Why can't they use radios?

Because that wouldn't help them in finding out where each vent's ductwork comes out in the basement.

You're seriously telling me they have to go "coooooo-ey!" through each duct until someone on the end decides that the sound is loudest in "this" duct?

Can't they just push a piece of string through or something?
