What's in Your Personal BGM?

Do you use personal BGM?

I only have one custom BGM song- "Tour de France 2003 (WipEout Edit)" by Kraftwerk, in the main menu.

Radio activity was 1975, you can't be listening to that. You have some tangerine dream too? I no longer have personal music since the 80 gig fat died. I had a bunch of dead people, SRV, Leadbelly, Muddy Waters, ect... But I'm old so...
My poor children were forced to listen to my music as they grew up, & I had to tolerate their stuff. So I have Maryilin Manson, & lots of stuff way past my time. Seems music doesn't really believe in generations. My music tastes run really off the wall. I have everything from classical to rap. Not a big fan of rap, but you can't claim a music collection without it.
Poor kids took a bunch of grief me cleaning house with M. Manson blaring out the windows...

I use the GT3 soundtrack for both in-race and menu. For menu, it's the simulation mode, arcade mode/go race, machine test & tune shop, and Oil change/car wash music. For racing, it's the 26 racing songs. (Judas Priest, Jimi Hendrix, Snoop Dogg, so forth!)
One question that kind of concerns me regarding personal bgm online: Why does it not work when mics are enabled? You're going to hear a microphone whether you have personal or default bgm on.

I have mostly old country songs. Actually helps in the longer races cause you can sing along and kill time.

Above and Beyond's 10 Years Of Anjunabeats!!!!

Non-stop for over an hour! Good for those long Endurance races even though in GT6 the longest is 24 minutes but still freaking long.

Pearl Jam, Collective Soul, Stone Temple Pilots, Led Zepplin, Nirvana, Alice in chains, Offspring, Aerosmith (older stuff), UFO, Neil Young, Rush, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, Foreigner, Bad Company, Revis, Soundgarden, Temple of the dog, Bush, AC/DC... More tune from bands like that...

I have a lot of different tracks in my racing BGM.

It's ranging from:
  • Heavy metal driving anthems (Guns n' Roses - Sweet Child o' Mine)
  • Thumping K/J-Pop (PSY - Oppa Gangnam Style)
  • Random anime stuff (Tsukasa Hiiragi - Ne Tou Ge de Risetto!)
  • and a classic song from a past GT game (Feeder - Buck Rogers).
No, it's not just made of those 4 examples: They are, however, good examples of my personal taste in music.
And it really helps to keep me going, as I do get lonely out on the track with just my engine.
