The extra horsepower has nothing to do with the carwash or with beating your best time. It has to do with changing the oil before you drive the car (good for about 5% extra of the base horsepower) and running in the car if you bought it from the dealer.
Cars you buy will gain horsepower over the first 100 kilometres or so as the engine breaks in, so horsepower will go up slightly as you drive it. Prize cars are broken in at zero miles, so this doesn't happen.

Well, in terms of most horsepower:
Mine's Evo and Skyline easily whip the others, since the factory cars are restricted to 276 hp.
The Acura NSX is the best since it too, has the most HP stock. (284)
The best Supra? I'd take the RZ.
