any cote' de' stink race, and the Super Speedway endurance is hard, to stay awake in, along with that 20 lap test course race

I would say the most boring would be the tokyo endurance race...took me two and a half hours...the super speedway lasted an hour, so it wasn't so bad.  Although i did have to race it about 8 times to get the f090/s, so by the 8th time it was REALLY boring.

My HARDEST race was the GT WORLD CHAMP in PRO LEAGUE. It wasn't hard at all (I used the F090/S), but the hardest of the races I played. Endurance Races are as easy as pie with an F1, but boring as hell. Oh well I keep my self occupied by counting the # of times I lapped the competition.

Don't use an f1 then...I wish they never would have put f1 cars in the game cuz it ruined the challenge for a lot of people.  I mean, when i first got my first f1 car i loved it and used it a lot, but now i am sorta sad i used it so much.  I miss the feeling of having to fight for first place and such.  Now i don't use my f1 cars unless i absolutely need to.

i'd have to say that stinkin zonda race and the vitz professional race........race 30 minutes around the test track in a vitz boring!!!!!!

Tokyo is 1 of my favorites. But the reason that I use F1 cars, is so that I can finish the course quicker. I like challenges, but I hate running 20-30 lap races, unless its an endurance race.

Off the top of my head the Mid Engine Challenge (pro level) I raced against the GT40 in my RUF 3400S!! Try and keep a Porsche with regular downforce in the lead at Laguna Seca while that GT40 is aiming to dog you!

An AE86 vs. the Impreza rally car and Lancer EVO in the wet rally races. I used the S.S version of the trueno with stage 3 engine tuning. AWD versus FR in the rain with about 100 hp difference makes if challenging.

I love doing the super speed way endurance race. It's easy, and fun. My hardest race was about a month ago. I was using my fully modified viper gts (580 something horsepower, super slick tires, no assists). The race was arcade, at Trial Mountain. Long story short, I was racing against Rolex series cars. Man that was fun.

You do realized that you quoted a 5 year old post.... Also Parnelli Bone, why revive this? Kinda not like you.

The difference is that this thread is a general topic anyone can comment on. It's not like I'm answering someone's question who's been gone for 5 years.

Man I knew someone would give me heat about this :guilty: Stay tuned, I will be reviving more dead threads in the future if they seem interesting to me.

I'll try that next , now that I'm just about finishing off the amateur league (I've just got to repeat the dream car championship a few times to get all prize cars). what kind of settings/tyres upgrades did you have on it?

It ain't easy bro. I had to use full power. And a combo of T2 and T3 tires (I think the T2s were in the rear, T3s up front...or maybe I got that backwards) I don't use TCS too often, but in that race I had it set for 1. And with those parts I won the other 2 races but at Laguna Seca I had to get weight reduction stage 1.

My most difficult race is Italian Avant Garde - Rome Circuits... I managed to beat them but the Zonda Race Cars were Boming it all the way through!

Ah man thats easy, deff the sunday cup.

You're gonna laugh, but I work with a guy who can't get past the Sunday Cup. :D He loved GT2 and bought GT3 a couple years ago...but he 's always complained about the cars in GT3 "understeer too much" so he just does the Sunday Cup over and over! I suspect he doesn't know how to turn off the ACS and TCS.

Haha holy crap. Even with it on ive never had a problem with them understeering really. I didnt start drifting in GT3 untill about a year ago, thats when the ACS and TCS got stripped forever, its basically a drift game for me now. Tried grip again and all my lines i take are just drift lines, can't break the habit! :)

GT3 definitely allows you more play so far as drifting is concerned! My RX7 infini III is my star drifter for sure! GT4? It's tough man...I mean I haven't tried any real drifts yet in that game. I'm almost afraid to! :scared: I have spun out a couple times in my Buick Regal GNX, though!

Yes it is. I tried drifting in it for about all of 20 mins until i got pissed and put GT3 back in. I still own GT4 but havent really really tried to drift in it. I got it out last night to try again but didnt have time, kids fighting, need to goto bed...the usual for me.
