Yeah i noticed that too... I got all the good stuff before the perk but I spent more time playing before I got the perk...

Anyway, its pretty silly... no one needs the cars or cash they give since you should have heaps anyway.

The better wheelspin increases all cash prizes by ten percent, so 3k = 3.3k and so on.
