When I finished recording my sound of my commentary, I can't hear.

Guys, I need your help: I recorded my commentary with sound recorder. But when I saved my sound as an Windows Media Player file, something wrong happened:

This file was with lock... Do you know what this means? I cannot hear the sound if the file is with lock... What can I do... Please help!
