When will my B-spec driver actually learn to drive?

Earlier today i tried out the extreme series american bla bla bla.. Used the corvette RM fully tuned.. my driver is level 34 and he seriously cant win no matter what happends... I won i myself with more than 20 seconds in each race.. why b-spec driver?? why...

i needed the spec II to win that with my bobs, they just couldn't handle it. . .

Did you max out aero also? If not, that helps the bob a bit. . .my bobs were a level 20 something when they won it, so it's doable. . .OH, and use a "HOT" bob, the "COOL" ones are too gentle on that track. . .
