We never got a time schedule and no one seems to know on NeoGAF.
And no, I am not asking about the reskinned "15th Anniversary" cars.

For technicalities sake, the AMG Vision Gran Turismo will be gifted Day 1. You could consider that DLC. However, December 2nd-3rd is the launch party for GT6. There may be some announcements made then in regards to future DLC and updates.

There might be a day 1 DLC as PD as been jumping on the bandwagon with the most recent developer fads...otherwise I wouldn't expect anything earlier than a month out from launch day (Xmas)

I read on neogaf that the dlc will be free or is that specifically for the vision gt project

So far, that refers to only the Vision GT program. If it applies to more traditional DLC packs or not, we have no idea, since PD has yet to announce any of those.

At the OP, this is something you're not going to find unless some ultra insider comes out and tells us which is highly unlikely. PD isn't know for it's transparency, and many times is quite isolated at hiding various info from fans.

Commodore Perry would have struggled to get info :sly:

I reckon then, that most of the cars that are part of the Vision GT project would be updated according to their debuts at major auto shows over the next yr or so then.

Well they said there'd be DLC every month, so I would assume (guess) that would start 1 month after release.

I would hope PD will be a bit more forth coming with some news & info of DLC and its content at the launch party.

I am really , really , really hoping we are getting the old GT tracks re-done as they suggested .. one track per month.

I'm hopping for more daily cars dlc, such as Audi A1, some BMW's, some AMG Mercs, such as E63 and A45, also the P1, LaFerrari, Nismo GT-R, Veneno and some more!

I agree. This game is in dire need of newer BMWs and AMG mercs. They still only have the 2007 M3!!!! :banghead: It's 2013 and it's improved greatly since it's launch.

Thats on the Official site of GT,

Gran Turismo 6 will contain approximately 1200 cars at time of release, and more and more cars are planned to be added thereafter. Unlike the previous title, the added cars will appear directly in the dealerships after an update, and will be available to purchase in game. You will be able to enjoy driving the newest cars right after they are released in the market.

Now let's just hope they throw in everyday cars like the 335is or the 2014 S4.

Since they say "right after they are released in the market." Does that mean we'll see the new BMW M4 soon?

No idea.

But the first time PD misses a scheduled release, someone will scream "it's okay, they're busy with GT7" within the hour. ;)

Agreed, but realistically GT6 should have a regular DLC schedule this time around for at least the first 12 months. Then I would expect the DLCs to stop or slow down because of the GT7 development.
