When will the tracks rotate this week?

I don't really like this daily track rotation because there will not be enough time to master the track properly and tune your car accordingly, especially if you are new to tuning, anyways this is what the community was requesting for the past 10 days so at least it is a good thing that PD listens.

I was going to say, am I the only one that likes the same race multiple days to practice and get better at it? Now we got gr. 3 at suzuka, I love that but want more than one day at it...

I feel 3 to 4 days at same track is good. I only started getting tired of gr 3 nurburgring after 10 races, which takes me few days to do at one per hour, especially during the week.

I get your point there. IMO there should be a mix of both. Daily rotation for the fresh feel and weekly rotation for the finetuning of cars for certain tracks. That would be 6 events at any given time and a bit more to choose from as well.

Definitely a good thing that PD is listening and responding to the players. I was on the same boat as most here, feeling that rotating races on a weekly basis was a bit too long, but I do agree with a daily cycle being too quick. I for example have work, and need to tend to my daughter, so it often only leaves me with a couple of hours of free time in the evening, before I need to sleep and do the cycle all over. So in that span of couple of hours I need to practice the track, fiddle with the car's setup, even try different cars to find the one best suited for me for that particular track to try to maximize my efforts .. it's just too short for a normal weekday, and I highly suspect many others feel the same.

In my opinion, a cycle of maybe 3 days would be brilliant, that gives around 2 cycles per week.

I'm pretty close to you, 4 days would be optimum in my mind. Especially if say they, add 2 more races or so. When you factor in tuning, running quals etc anything less would just not be enough time imo. The reality is if they added 3 more races once a week would probably be fine.

I was wondering if the 3 race per week thing at release might have something to due with their methodology for this game. They seem to have focused on pushing the gamer to become better online racers and by having only 3 races to begin with it gives all the new players time to do the campaign stuff too.

Is the n300 one make this time? I still feel like every day is to often to change them (i know they are called dailies) but at least with tuning locked that takes a lot of practice/tuning time away. Still need to find the best car to suit your style and the track combo. Sometimes that alone can take an hour or two, and if thats all the time you get for gaming on any given day your kinda s.o.l.

I won at the Nurb/gr.3 and the Kyoto/gr.4. The races were fun but I don't want to play the same tracks. And I don't want to wait 30 minutes before a race, that's why I don't play often in Sport mode.
Different race, different people, different scenario. Even after winning at Kyoto, i kept racing and all races were equally fun coz different drivers you meet and starting number is also different. Dynamic races every time.

For people with lack of time, this is great. But you can always race same track and have a different race Everytime as grid is different. Different challenge each time.

I am disappointed they have changed it to daily. I have maybe two hours per day to play this game and I wont be able to learn a track and compete in that time. Its a pity they did not mix it up with maybe two daily and one weekly or something like that. It would give people like me a better chance. I do understand that its probably a good thing for the people who can spend more time on the game and good luck to you ( wish I was one ) and I am not moaning about it, its still a good game ... but may not be any good for me.

I agree with the idea of 6 races. If they lasted 6 days they could swap them out alternately every 3 days on a sliding window. That way people who are enjoying the original 3 can carry on for another 3 days and people who want a change can race the others.

Exactly. If you went with 6 races of short, medium and long distance and swapped them out every 6 or 7 days but staggered, you'd have new events every 2 days but they'd last for a week. Even if they left it at 3 it would make more sense to have the events longer and stagger the turnover.

I like that daily races are now daily. After a few weeks we'll have experience on all the tracks and car classes and then this game will get very fun. I'm sure there is a method to how this game is being kicked off. We're still at the beginning of long process. I'm trying to be patient and let the game evolve as PD has designed it to. My only complaint it that lots of drivers this morning jumped into races with little or no qualifying. Come on people, run some laps and get to know the tracks before you enter a race. That 1st corner at Kyoto is like a demolition derby.

They'll run out of tracks in 3 days.

Kidding, relax.

It is nice to see them apparently updating things quickly.

That is the problem, we no longer have time to learn. I spent an hour attempting to get round the N300 track just without going off, never mind trying to improve times. I only had enough time for 2 actual races, and I still wasn't confident in how to tackle it in a race scenario.

Got to go to work today, when I get back it will be a new race and I'm back to square one.

This sucks. Basically unless it's a weekend there is no point in me playing it now.
