Where do DJ's get their music videos?Music

Ok picture this. You walk into a club and the DJ is playing an awesome song. You look around and TV screens are displaying the video to that song. My question(s) to you is. Where do they get the videos? Do they just merely download them? purchase them from some where?

Most DJ's will purchase the music DVD's or they sometimes come a music single CD. Some DJ's actually mix the music and the video together which can be done with the new Pioneer CDJ's although it is quite tricky.

If you look closely you'll see that the song playing is normally slightly out of sync with the video due to the difficulty in getting the timing right. Music videos sometimes have pauses or narrative spaces which means it's almost impossible to keep in sync.
