Where is Toyota FT-86 II concept '11

I read a thread last week that mentioned this car, but can't seem to find it again. The Toyota FT86 Concept II shows on the GT website as a gift but no mention on how to get it.
The thread I read said you had to buy the October DLC as separate items on at least 2 different days.
At that point I had not bought any DLC yet.
So on Sunday I bought Car packs 1 & 2 and track pack.
Monday I bought paint.
Tuesday I bought racing gear.
Still no Concept II.
Does anyone know how I can get this "gift" which so far has cost me over £3.00 that I could have saved by buying the bulk package.
Would it be available on a 2011 Gift Ticket.

You had to do it before the new update, trade for it. Plenty of people trading them.
