Go to vision gt and get it for free. I did the vgt seasonal and got 006 w(like teal chrome) and 005c(purple chrome) but you can't do them over and over again, only once

You can only get seasonal rewards ONCE.

Paint chips can constantly be reused. Once you have a paint chip you have it forever.

Currently, the only way to get silver chrome is to have the anniversary paint pack. Surely more ways to access silver chrome will arrive over time.

To be honest I'm glad the Anniversary Edition buyers are the only ones to get gold and silver chrome for now.

You can seek forever. Since it's only available for Anniversary Owners, I doubt if they will release it for everyone.
