Which 20 Million Car did you buy first

Just bought the 250 GT SWB. Well worth the grinding and 12.5mil.

I had one in GT6. Thinking about how many were made(162). Imagining if there were a GT Sport marketplace and only 162 of these floating around.
How much would the prices fluctuate?

The racing pedigree of some. Such as: which chassis has the most wins, least mileage, never modded/changes made. Number of previous owners, what if an FIA finalist owned one? What if the same finalist drove it to victory? What if one is the first record holder at Nurburgring?

Original paint, number of livery likes. Does value go down due an E/B player owning one and go up with an A/S owner? How many Clean Race Bonuses were accrued at time of sale? So many things I'm thinking about. Owning the 10+mil cars(imagine the market for the 3 Miura P400s) should just about mean something.

I really like some of your theories on this. It would definitely be very interesting. Some cars I would care less about but some I would pay alot more than 20 million for. Prices for these cars would go extremely high if they were pulled out of the Gr.X class along with only a limited number available.

250 GTO
250 GT Berlinetta
Cobra Daytona Coupe
Giulia TZ2
Miura P400

Nice livery on your 250GT

According to the internet, there was only ever ONE Jag XJ13 and FOUR 330 P4's...... what would that be worth if the marketplace reflected that?? :nervous:

Let's say the Jag is in the Brand Central mseum. What if the criteria to own it, were a slow turnover rate on cars a player collected?

For the Citroen,a t least it's not 10mil. Or maybe should it be. This way no one will buy it. :sly:

I still need the :
Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta passo corto CN.2521 1961 .
Ford Mark IV Race Car 1967
and Jaguar XJ13 1966
I will never buy any of them for 2 reasons :
Too expensives and the way to make money in GTS racing against this stupid AI is really boring and request a lot of time. PD need to increase the credits in daily or FIA events . Even with the elastic auto pilot trick to race BMB against AI need a very long time to make 20.000.000CR
There is not a lot opportunities to race them in online room or FIA /daily event.

I reached my 20,000,000 cr and would like your opinion on what one to buy, like you are saying I think,
that I can actually use & race to get my next 20,000,000?
Thx in advance

I only can speak about the ferrari 330 P4 1967 . It's an amazing car that drive very well . I would love to have the Jaguar too , just for the pleasure to drive the cockpit view around the ring.

I bought the 330 P4 Ferrari, great for grinding Le Sathe in the Historc Races, 240000 credit in around 7minutes with a clean race.

Thanks for that, I suppose once I've finished buying cars the money will start to build up. I know that seems obvious to say, what I mean is once I'm not thinking about credits they'll probably build up faster than I think they will.
Eventually you'll be where I'm at now. Own most of the cars in the game, and really all I care to have, but occassionally forced to spend credits, instead of losing them. I've started buying W08 F1 cars to knock the credits down.

I don't grind, just do enough for the daily workout, then head off to the livery editor. People complain about not being able to make credits in this game, I have too many.

Edit to add gratuitous high roller shot....

I own both the 330 P4 and the Ford Mark IV Race Car. If you want a quick and easy win in the nostalgia races go with the 330 P4 but if you want a more stable car go with the Ford. Of the two 20mil cars I own I enjoy the sound and stability of the Ford for the nostalgia races.

I have the 330 which is nice an easy to drive to get a clean race and an easy victory, but now I just bought the Shelby because I wanted to hear its sound/music.

Now I stopped driving the Ferrari because I enjoy more grinding in the Gr1 race or in the '79 race but while listening to the noise of the shelby.

The ford mkiv also makes a nice noise and can win almost as easily (as the 330) the nostalgic 79 races but I don't find it as pretty as the Daytona. On the other hand it's a bit difficult to win in the Daytona. If I had to chose again which first 20M car I would get I would buy the ford.

Side note : what is the max power stage of the Alfa TZ2?

Stage 3 is max power stage , giving you 247 hp.

YAY..... just hit 20M again and bought the last of the 20M cars (I think!), the Ford. Now have three of them (Jag, Ferrari, Ford).

Not impressed with the Ford, need to find a tune......

I'm right there also, only got the Ferrari 330 P4 like it and useful on many levels (grinding for more also)
Now I'm at $19 mil also and I was going to get the Ford , but why are you not happy with your choice?

I find the Ford to be a dull plodder! That is very unfair as I haven't applied any tune so far - I have done with the others (and the tunes made them come alive!). Plus, only raced it twice.

Until then, they are unicorns, they don't exist

Just to rub it in......;)

You are missing the Ferrari 250 GTO.

I'm glad you told me! Thanks. I thought that was 10...... it's normally at the back with the Cobra! Why is that 20?? Is it worth buying for that price? No worries, "grinding" at Monza with Gr. 1 and Nostalgic with the P4 / Jag.... will be quick!

Is there a Scapes scene that will fit 4?? Hard enough finding one for 3 Unicorns!

Just remembered you can only put 3 cars in a scene (although some manage a "merge" trick and can do more).

The Ferrari 330 P4. It's a fine-looking car and maybe the fastest classic car. I've got all the 20,000,000 cars but I don't remember the order. I was just buying them randomly after the 330 P4. I remember the last one I bought was the Ferrari 250 GTO CN.3729GT '62 because I got it yesterday and that was the final car I needed to complete my garage collection. I didn't save the best for last, but it is an attractive classic car. There was a nice grey livery uploaded for it that I used but I wish there were more to choose from.

I have all the cars of the game ...so my personal 20 Mio rank is:

1 - Ferrari 330 P4
2 - Jaguar XJ13
3 - Ford Mark IV

4 - Ferrari 250 GTO (After the Daytona)

IR
I think I have all the cars in the game, so could you tell me exactly how many cars there are. My garage says 302 with a couple of duplicates I know of. I checked of all of the Brand Central vehicles available but there might be Mileage Exchange vehicles I don't have. I bought whatever I saw but I don't know for certain. Thanks.

Same. Sport mode payouts are trash and grinding for a dozen hours for 20 million is awful. I never win anything good in the car spins and still have under 200 unique cars.

At this point I'm probably never getting one.

But you can always pay actual cash to Polyphony ($5.99?) to get it. Isn't that nice of them? /s

I agree that the 330 P4 would be the one to get for the LeMans Classic Race. However, I made most of my money with the Ford GT Mark 1 '62 at Blue Moon Bay in N300 and N400 class against the N1000 class vehicles. For clean races you can win 375,000 and 345,000 credits which is great for easy grinding.

Honestly never felt like bothering with grinding. I'll just believe in the heart of the cards bonus spins.

Forget bonus spins unless you just want duplicate tiddler cars. The programmers at Polyphony set the roulette spin (tease) in favor of the house, so you can't possibly win the car you want. Anyway, good luck. My garage is completely filled so the last laugh is on Polyphony.
