Which races to do?

So I'm level 20 B-spec, and all of my bobs are pretty close to level 17.

Which races should I do for the best EXP:Time ratio?

Money is a plus too.

I feel like I'll just get raped in the extreme series, But I'm gonna try the German league 2 race.

dream car is the best for the money and probably xp at L24, but before that, maybe like the wind was what I ran allot of.

Lvl 19, Polyphony Digital Cup...
lvl 21, Like The Wind, Indy
lvl 24, Dream Car Championship, (can quit the last race AFTER you start it).

*lvl23 American Championship, Laguna Seca -> ZR-1 RM but you might have to coach a bit.

This assumes you have a car that can win... once you are 24, Dream Car is the one you want to grind.
