Hey drifters,
Just thought that I'd pass on some sad news and since you all are the drifters I figured that I'd put it here. This past Monday me and a bunch of my Marine buddies went over to Kinser to drift around. Lo and behold the police were there waiting for us, so needless to say that we didn't drift at Kinser. We all met up and decided to go over to the mountains at Nago to go togue drifting. It was agreed and we all set sail. Now I had a bad feeling about this from the start and so did alot of the other drifters. But, since we wanted to have fun we dicided to venture on.
We got there and right from the start things started off wrong. Three local nationals (Japanese Nationals) were involved in drifting accidents in a 30 minute time frame and 4 more were to follow in the next hour.
Now it's time for the Americans to mess up. Two of my friends had a serious fender bender which resulted in an undrivable car and another one pretty bashed up. Two more took a 60 too fast and slammed head on into a guard rail the latter of the two richoched back into the mountain face disabling his vehicle.
Oh, but it get's better.
It's my turn.
I already didn't want to run because of all the bad things that happend already but I'm (not to brag) a better drifter than some of my friends are, so I set out and I don't even get half way up the track before I lose control and plow my back end into a light pole. So now I'm vehicleless (is that a word . . well it is now) and I think I might be in trouble if my Sergeant Major finds out that the damage to my car is because of drifting.
The reason why I bring up Karma is because not only did these accidents happen on the same day, in the same area and around the same time frame, but these accidents were all started at the same spot. The exact same spot and I think it was because we all had a bad karma about us.
I don't know, what do you think?
Total Casualty List
Japanese Drifters:
2-Nissan Sil-Eighties
1-Nissan Silvia S15
1-Nissan Silvia s14
1-Nissan Skyline R32
1-Toyota Mark II Tourer V
American Drifters:
1-Toyota Supra
1-Nissan Silvia S14
2-Nissan Silvia S13
1-Nissan Skyline GTS-t
:sigh: I don't know what I'm going to do now, I've put alot of money into that car and now it's pretty much shot.
Semper Fidelis and Drift On (I guess)
Shadow Crasher, I mean Drifter
P.S. Everyone is pretty much alright, mostly bruses and scratches the one who richoched his car into the mountain face had a dislocated shoulder but that's the worst of it. I'm seriously thinking about giving up drifting now, it's just too real when you see your money get carted away on the back of a flat bed.
