Also, as you can see here Kaz does indeed speak and respond to English tweets (even if that is just a retweet he's still acknowledging it). He seems to respond to technical or bug questions/tweets rather than content tweets aswell so no point pushing the issue.

You have to remember there are tons of people tweeting him. If he doesnt respond to a certain tweet dont be offended. He lets us know what they think we need to know.

Talk to the guy who translates all of Kaz's tweets. You'll find he's the most informed member when it comes to 'Kaz tweets'.
