I pre-ordered for pickup as well. And like cmbeal317, I'll be waiting for them to open the doors Friday morning. I also made sure to stack a few vacation days up making it a 6-day, GT6 weekend.

Pre-ordered the PSN digital version. With the Thanksgiving special you get $10 back to spend on the PSN. I figured I'd save that $10 for any future DLC!

Not the same situation. Those codes have nothing to do with pre-orders.

Yes. They should be on a receipt, separate receipt IIRC, when you go pick up the game.

Got a GT6 theme and instructions to download game anytime after 12:01 a.m. EST on December 6th, seeing that those are the hours i'm awake it suit's me perfectly.

Hopefully it only takes the usual 2-3 hours to download.

That´s a ripp off, just pre order mine at media markt, they will sell the aniversary edition at 74€ and they do a 5€ discout with the pre order, final price 69€ with all the bonus..

For physical copies, the bonus codes are either already inside the case, or they could be in a slip that you get handed separately. For GT5, my store had a huge stack of slips behind the counter. Those that pre-ordered got handed one of the slips. It was in plain sight, and I'm sure some people simply reached behind the counter and swiped a few while no one was looking.

You're talking about different things. Special editions are special because they have extra content so of course it will be inside the case. We're talking about store exclusive pre order content. That's distributed by the store and not the game publishers.

my Pre-order bonuses from retailers still came inside the case. never had a code on a recipt.

Well, too late now :\ I've saved a lot of money on other games anyway, so i don't mind spend a bit more with this one!
