Why do I always get the worst prize on the roulette wheel?

I remember when I used to get excited over getting a good engine or an invite but since you can now buy engines not any more. Now thankfully I'm at the point that the only reason I still even open any ticket stuff is cause I still need a Pagani and Lamborghini invite if not I wouldn't even bother opening any * ticket stuff.👍

I agree. I used to get excited about the engine tickets and the 500K and 1M prizes, but nothing else. In fact, once I acquired all the cars that’s the only reason I still got the tickets every day, looking for one of those 3. Ever since they changed how engine swaps work though I’ve only gotten a handful of tickets and don’t care about them at all anymore. Having all the cars and still over 40M Cr. I’m good to just log on after an update, buy the new cars and perform the new engine swaps, try them out and tune them and then go off to other games.

I've never had anything other than the lowest price in the wheel, none of the prizes and always the smallest stack of coins..

I would say 90% of the time you get the worst roulette prize on GT7 & it was nearly always on the top left of the five prizes. Now the worst prize seems to be randomly placed a bit, but you nearly always get it. Always thought it was rigged, like online modes of this game. Reminds me EA Sports football games - rigged & rubbish prizes. I prefer Wreckfest & Grid as driving games.

It's not "rigged", but it is predetermined. The reward is set when you receive the ticket (though can change after a content update), the animation is just an animation with no chance involved. Edit: Like I said in literally the first reply to this thread, over a year ago...

The probabilities of tickets containing certain prizes is well-known and established, and no reward has a 90% probability.

But a long time ago I got a million twice within a month. I hate the animation, I wish a card would flip and show you what you got without showing potential wins. Especially when it skips past a million or ends one short of a million for $5000. It’s too bad it didn’t just give you a million every month if you logged on enough.

Lucky. I don’t care for the invites. No desire to get all the cars, the invites seem stupid to me. Not meaning you wanting one to collect all cars, but that PD has that in the game. What do they think? As soon as somebody collects all the cars they’re going to delete the game from their harddrive? lol

Is there a trophy regarding invite cars ? Or car collection completion ? I don't remember that, except the trophy with the 3 legendary cars from Le Mans.

The invite cars aren't the most exciting for everyone, but I know some folks really enjoy chasing those trophies. From what I remember, there's no specific trophy just for collecting invite cars, but the car collection completion does tie into some other trophies. I actually had a similar experience while playing on https://themulligans.org in their racing game section. I wasn’t really focused on the rare cars at first, but when I started hitting those milestones, I found myself getting hooked on collecting them.

Some trophies require a specific car or type of car, but collection completion doesn't tie into any trophy. You definitely don't need all the cars to get the Platinum trophy.

Because you keep expecting the "best" prize. Temper your expectations and now the "worst" prize is "A" prize. Then when you do get a good prize its a suprise vs shock.

It’s just how it goes. I couldn’t remember the last time I got a million then suddenly I got half a million. Over two to three years I’ve probably gotten a million three times, maybe four. It would be better if it was a box that opened and it all happened quicker rather than the spinning thing.

100% de juego , misiones , café , licencias , experiencia de circuitos.. todo en oro.. 2 años jugando y no recibí la invitación de Porsche. Ya no se más que hacer..
Solo me queda comprar 1 auto legendario para sacar el platino. Y luego que ? Es muy frustrante el sistema de tickets.

Lo peor de todo es que el Carrera GT es mi auto preferido y después de dedicarle tanto tiempo de mi vida no poder usarlo es muy frustrante.. y cuando digo toda mi vida es porque juego desde el primer GT..

I thought I was the only one doing it.. It's a shame that the ticket thing is so tedious..
100% game, missions, coffee, licenses, track experience.. all in gold.. 2 years playing and I didn't get the Porsche invitation. I don't know what to do anymore..
I only have to buy 1 legendary car to get the platinum. And then what? The ticket system is very frustrating.

The worst of all is that the Carrera GT is my favorite car and after dedicating so much time of my life to it, not being able to use it is very frustrating.. and when I say all my life it's because I've been playing since the first GT..

@TotaGT : I feel your frustration, took me two years to get the Lambo. It will happen eventually, just be patient, there is no other solution at the moment, and since it is a very old issue, I doubt they'll ever address this, despite it geing recognize as one of th worst features of the game, by everyone, inluding people with a direct connection to PD.
