Heh, just spent the last hour or so playing "Brown Thunder" mode.

I killed 1300+ criminals in one go, making it to level 126.

That brought in 35 million big ones to the bank.

Heh, it also took my Criminal Rating from about 6100 to 15834 and a new title BUTCHER:D Sadly it did nothing to my media attention though.

I'm in the money, I'm in the money...

No, the cars just kept spawning in the airport runway area, and i kept blowing them up.

I havent mastered the missiles yet, so i used the machine guns, i just get really close to the ground, adn i blow up the cars:D

Brown Thunder is when you use teh Apache (Known as the Hunter in the game) for vigilante mode. It has a machine gun and missles, so it make short work of the criminals.

WhiteCharisma85 and AlexGT: The last number i saw before i died was $720,000, per group kill (most of the time it was 2 cars full of baddies, 8 people) My money shot from 2 million to 11 million in about 15-30 minutes adn from 11 to 35 in a blink of an eye.

Also for those that dont know, the Hunter has a half-asses health regeneration. After every group kill it recovers a little health. the more levels you complete the more it recovers. I've come back from flames twice by killing a group really quickly.

I think the health regen work on the Hunters from both spots, but i'm only sure it does in on the one in ocean beach.

I got to level 20 with Brown Thunder. I could have kept going, but after level 21 started I'd had enough and cancelled it. Then went back to the Hyman Condos hideout to work on reducing my wanted level. (It's easy to avoid the police by just going to the roof or ground level when they come. The police bribe there also regenerates). The police tend to get irate with you flying around blowing everything up. Anyway, I think the level 20 award was $20K. Maybe $200K. I have about $2.5 million total.

It was interesting this time. I started around the airport. At one point it put some criminals on the bridge to the first island, then put everyone else over there. That one's a bit tougher since there're more things to hit.

Also, after level 12, the cars split up. It's still not too hard to get them though; it just takes longer.

I have had the game freeze on me twice while doing that mission, though.

It's also the easiest way to get the level 12 vigilante mission done. I think so, anyway. Just don't blow yourself up by being too close to the explosion or firing rockets while turning hard and hitting yourself. And, if you bounce around and start to lose control, press and hold down the R3 button (the horn, usually) while holding x, and it'll level itself out into a hover. That works with all helicopters.

When did i ask a question about how much money you had???

You didnt, you stated that you though that fire truck missions made a lot, and i informed you of how much i made in brown thunder as a reference:D

Space, when you said they stayed around the runway area, do you mean they all stayed on the runways, or just around the airport in general?

If they stayed all around the airport area, where exactly did you start? Please elaborate :) Thanks..

sorry i missed this gt2.

Anyways heres what i did.

I started over the docks area (a little east of the furtherest south bridge)

generally the cars appeared in the docks area, airport and a few in little havana/haiti. mostly in the airport.

after about 30 levels the cars only appeared in the runaway area. (to be specific in the area between the two walkways (attached to the terminal) out to the planes)

i just hovered about 3 feet off the ground and used the machine guns, and blew the cars up (only machine guns, missiles can hurt you)

sometimes cars would appear in the areas i mentioned above, but the next level, the cars would be right back at the same location.

I've actually got the cars to appear in two different locations also. right next to the cab place, and on the south bridge.

Hmm, i see. Is it easy around the docks area? I always start at the airport and then get run into the main streets of the second island and smash into the palm trees, which in turn caused me to die, especially after the cops started coming after me..

Ok well, ill definitely try this as soon as my friend gets done playing :)

Thanks.
