Why is it that I have so much trouble with PC accessories?

So some of you saw my mouse interference thread, fixed with a 6 foot extension cable to get it away from whatever was causing the interference. NOW I have a Logitech K400 wireless keyboard that was working great (and works great on just about everything) but lately when playing Subnautica on PC it just stops working and doesn't respond to inputs.

If there's one thing I hate the most in this world, it's when 🤬 doesn't work properly.

Anyone have this issue and/or a solution?

In the UK this can often be caused by using a "HomeHub", the default router given out in BT areas to BT customers. Do you or your neighbours have a "smart" wireless router that performs band-polling? That could be an issue. If so; try setting the router not to jump channels.

Additionally; check the USB bus in the PC where your receivers are connected. The usual; drivers, connections, temperature and so on.

No idea what band-polling is. I am on a broadband connection (through a phone line) and the modem is on my kitchen counter. As I said, I don't have any issues with the keyboard connection at any other time except when I am playing the game, then it decides it just doesn't want to work.

Well, about any wireless device sits on the 2.4Ghz band, so it's pretty crowded. Might be some device that's interfering with all the rest. Do you have any other devices that could be the problem (e.g. wireless phone handset, etc. etc.)?
