Of course the mafia. Anyone who voted otherwise hasn't gotten to the point where the mafia hates them. However, the most annoying is deifinitely the fish guys(I haven't played it in a long time I forgot their name.) They hate you from the very beginning because you work for the mafia at first. They never like you and they take up almost all of the portland streets are. The second you come out of the subway, they're there.

Banshee, freshly stolen from the car lot, i went up to 8 balls and got it rigged, I left, parking it in diablo turf, I got out and walked away...sure enough some Diablo @R$EHOLE jumped in and...blew himself up! :fdevil:
