Doing something is better then nothing though.
:odd:
That depends...

My worst habit is perhaps procrastination. Perhaps. In fact, I shouldn't even be here right now! I sometimes procrastinate on my internet activities with other internet whatever.
+1
I'm really bad at that. Pushing back stuff always makes the situation worse, it's always best to get jobs done as soon as you can. Putting this into practice is very hard for me though.

Bite the skin around MY nails.

I used to do that (and bite my nails) until about 15 years ago, never could figure out why. The problem is, it's a habit that feeds upon itself because you skin has layers. One New Year's, I just told myself to quit that, and after a month, I never did it again.

I've also been told by doctors that cracking knuckles and your back, both of which I do, is harmless unless it hurts when you do it. Then again, once or twice a day isn't really a habit, but some people really get annoyed if you do that at work, I've found.

Procrastination is definitely my weakest link.

I have many, but my worst would have to be constantly pulling out my hair. As I sit at my desk each day I have a nervous habit which sees my free, non mouse had (right) twiddle and play with my hair, usually leading to it getting wrapped around my fingers and falling out only to be deposited on my office desk in a nice collection of what look like pubes.

After reading a couple here, I have also been ripping at my fingernails (because biting it is dumb), procrastinate, and I grown some stupid habit of plucking the hair out of my chin... No beard has ever really developed, it's just little hairs here and there scattered all randomly, and plucking 'em out with my fingers ain't the reason either. :P

Cracking my knuckles and my neck. Feels awesome but I bet it's not very good very good for you.

Habitual knuckle cracking can lead to minor joint problems in the hands, but nothing too serious apparently. Neck cracking (which is something I do quite often) can cause some neck problems later in life, or so I've heard.

Well that's not good. Of course I'm still probably going to do it.

I didn't say I was going to stop either, and I don't really care too much about the repercussions

As for another habit of mine; staying up into the wee hours during most nights, like right now for instance. I have stuff to do most afternoons, but most mornings I have free nowadays, so I do still get the required amount of sleep.

Since smoking isn't a bad habit (for me anyway lol)For me, it's feeling sorry, and slowing down so someone else can win.. ;)

I eat my breakfast at 2:00 AM.
Crack my knuckles.
Chew my fingernails.

Seems like the average teenager...

Same with me, but I don't eat my breakfast at 2 AM. Heck I don't even wake up till 6:30 AM.

My worst habit is losing at GT5. Really, that is the only habit I haven't been able to break.

They aren't good. Unless you love over-exaggerated one note bass, no midrange and dull treble. Skullcandies are fashion statements first, sound quality second. Except the Aviators, those are very decent.

Anyway one of my habits is clicking and highlighting text when I'm reading on a computer. No idea why I do it, or when I started.

So i'm not the only one...

Bad habbits:

Biting nails, and the skin around them
Pulling single strands of hair out (Builds up over time, I had a small bald patch at one point as a result)
Staying up until 4/5/6am when I have to be up for 9.

My worst habbit of all though is my habbit of getting takeaways far too often. It's bad for my wallet and my body, it stems from a culture of laziness when it comes to cooking in my parents house and now it's getting out of hand. I have food in, I can make myself some Pasta with sauce using the onions/peppers/mushrooms/tomatoes I have in, but cooking takes time and effort, ordering a takeaway doesn't. So I get a takeaway one night, one takeaway isn't going to hurt right? This past week I've had 3 (Not counting the one I had after a night out because I threw that one up). It's not helped by the fact everywhere has an online ordering service now (Damn you justeat.co.uk), so I don't even have to pick up the phone.

I need help

Staying up until 3 in the morning watching English comedies is a bad habit.

Procrastinating simple tasks for up to a week.

Saying things and think someone might actually give a crap. :P

Always ending up upside down in a public toilet, you know. Just the normal... What? That's not normal? Strange world.

^ You can add that to my list. Usually no one notices if I laugh loud enough. But if the fart is apocalyptic then I'm screwed.

Procrastination... massive amounts of it. It is like a crippling disease, I want to punch myself in the head sometimes, just to kick-start me into doing something.
