I suspect you've listed singers/rappers/bands that annoy you rather than the ones you think are the worst.
It's not fun admitting that arrogant, egotistical, morally compromised, or just simply annoying people are talented (or at least not completely untalented), but it has no bearing on reality.
To be honest, you've got a pretty uninspired, lacklustre, shallow, and unoriginal form of rebellion going on here.
*I don't know too many of the artists on your list, but I know that Adele can sing..... quite damn well actually.

I did not add Justin Bieber here because he isn't qualified as a singer, even though his songs are terrible. He's not just that, he's a horrible actor/dancer, he's an idiot to society, he does drugs, he has bland and uninteresting designs on his cars (most notably his R8 with leopard print) and he is very close to going to jail. Back then, Justin Bieber's voice sounded like a girl's voice.

Anyone who performs what I like to call "plug music" - music that is described as 'inspirational', but sounds suspiciously like it was written to fit the trailer for the upcoming season of shows like "The Biggest Loser". Probably because it was. Record companies know that these shows are popular, and thus by getting a song attached to it, they will get sales.
Katy Perry's "Eye of the Tiger" song is a prime example of this.

Actual name of that song is "Roar", not "Eye Of The Tiger". Still a very bad song, it's lyrics are very girly.

I used to listen to a lot of music in my teen years. In random order and in my opinion, the worst I have heard from a variety of different genres are:
Justin Bieber
Rebecca Black
Kesha
30h!3
Gwen Stefani
Jona Brothers
Pink
La Roux
....and I know there is more but I can't seem to remember them all right now.
Here is a list of the worst rappers and rap groups I have ever heard before also in random order:

Young Kaos

Waka Flocka Flame

Pop music is certainly not dying, since the term is short for popular. Ergo pop music will always be statistically superior to all other music. If you mean dying in an artistic sense, well that would be solely the responsibility of consumers and not the singers who are "making it so bad".

IMO Rick Astley doesn't deserve to be there. Once you get over the whole "Rick roll" thing, Never gonna give you up is actually a pretty good song.

I usually don't think about worst musicians because everyone has different tastes but I make exception this time: I think Lil Wayne is one of the worst "musicians" out there.

When I started playing I was better than that in about one evening. If he would do even the smallest amount of practice, fair enough. But it seems that he thinks that he can already play just because he is Lil Wayne

(for real I mean, I just quickly chose the first video in search which looked real without closer inspection) But I can thell that this is not the only vid seeing him playing guitar. And all of them was very poor playing. So it doesn't really change anything in that aspect.

Pinks voice just isn't all that good to me, I have had headaches from La Roux's voice before from that song "Bulletproof" and no description is needed for YLVIS.
Plies sounds just plain weird to me every time I have heard him. I am sure he has something good out there that I may not have heard yet, but I don't really care about him. I find Gucci Mane to be overrated and he sounds so dumb in his songs. I used to listen to a lot of rap and hip hop so that's why my list of rappers is so long.
Speaking of which one rapper I forgot to mention was Ace Hood.

Their song, "The Fox", otherwise "What Does The Fox Say" or "What the 🤬 say" is a very bad and annoying song, that's what makes them a bad band. In the start of the song, they start singing out sounds of animals and then later in the song, the stupidity gets real.

But Pink? Pink is pretty decent. She's had a few duds, but she puts her heart into what she writes, and it comes across.
