To answer the question, no not really.

I have no reason to be against an option for a voice over or info/help box feature for people to switch on or off if they wish, but I don't want my game to be split by FMV sequences of Eva Mendes telling me what to do next and how to go about doing it no matter how pleasing she is to look at or how sultry she might sound. It's just the wrong game for that kind of thing.

No thank you. There is one in NFS Shi(f)t and it's annoying as hell, saying the same thing before races. I can read, so a voice telling me what's written in a text box is pretty useless.

Then, most likely, GT isn't the game for you mate . Fast and Furious games exist as well I think, and there's always the arcade line of NFS.
