Wrong Rewards in GT 7 sports

hey I have a problem, the last 4 to 5 online time races, I reached the silver medal in each race, but when the race is done and I only got the reward for the bronze medal. so I´m lacking 3 750 000 credits. when i try to reach the support there´s no other option than this expert chat, has anyone a hotlink to a support site where I can write a support ticket, or a @mailadress?

Online Time Trials have dynamic targets. The goal is a fixed percentage away from the global top time (3% for gold, 5% for silver, 10% for bronze), so if the world record time improves then the time required for each reward also gets lower.

That means that you may have set a time good enough for silver when you set it, but the world record may have improved before the two week entry period finished and your time was no longer in the silver bracket.


And no, there is no way to reach the developer through any support channels. In fact PlayStation support often directs people to us, even though we're not actually any official part of it...
