Welcome Kriz:), I hope to race with you soon.

Looking forward to it all. The qualifier seems to be a good reality check!

Looking at the other times, I wonder if it just is my 40 year old reflexes or whether it is time spent on the track :)

Well checking my GT4 game save.....I'm currently on day 5523 so track time is a definite help :sly:

Hope you enjoy the racing Kriz 👍

well kriz (real name please?) it might be cos i'm 44 and i never get anywhere near the laptimes of those youngsters. which btw does not affect my pleasure in playing gt4 in combination with gtp cos that is always lots of fun.
also it's good to have someone else from SA around after the sad loss of dunda/joe.

Hi BigRacer,

actual name is Chris. Can't agree more on the fun side of things. Summer holidays are coming up - maybe I'll get more time in.

After having his replay verified for Week 81, I'd like to officially congratulate MINICOOPER120 on his promotion into Division 2. With three solid wins in Division 3 it's time to see how you go in a new division, so congrats again and good luck 👍

Welcome BeyJer:), it will be nice to have another NTSC driver in the WRS:).

Thanks Angel and Colby,

i'm really looking forward to the competition put forward on this site. As hard as i was to pull off that time, i realized that i'm about 4 seconds behind (much to improve on) which is actually a good thing for me. i like having something to work for and it's always nice to play with enthusiasts.

Btw, country is Southern California, USA :)

Cheers,

BeyJer

Kindergarten...

Thanks.

I can't wait to start racing. How do you get promoted?

Welcome LOON.

Right, promotion.

A. Don't ask Bigracer. ;) (Sorry Steven, couldn't resist that one. You know I'm only kidding.) :P

B. Just drive fast...If you're consistently winning your division you'll get bumped up to the next.

Enjoy your racing mate.

Darren.

i love you too darren.

about the kindergarten quote: div3 to me is sort of little league - of which i'm proud to be part of. so no offense to any of my 'colleagues' but the real fast dudes are in div1 and div2.

to loon/jack: got an msn address? add it to your personal data and enjoy some backchannel gtp/wrs talk.

I don't have a MSN account but I'll be sure to get one in the next few days:tup:

i say welcome to dan - good that you qualified my friendly redneck :) (only 2.8 secs slower than me in the qualifier after only a few laps) - and may you be in wrs week after week. great to have some enforcements in the div3 'little' league.
btw dan is also very active in the spot racing department - check out his contributions there 👍

steven

Great, another D3'er to keep me on my toe's! :D

Welcome Daniel. 👍

Darren.

THANKS Darren The avatar looks a bit like Dee Snider of TWISTED SISTER love their ROCK! And it is cool to have another racer with some age, like me(at least the pic. implies it).

Jesse Hughes of Eagles of death metal...The pic implies a bit more than most realize, I've taken to shaving my beard in a similar way recently.

And don't worry, you're not alone, there's plenty of us old farts racing here...In fact I think we outnumber the young'uns?

I'm a BMX'er so I don't exactly act my age but apparently I'm 31. :D

Welcome 2078TM. 👍

Have fun.

Darren.

Thanks for the welcome.

I see my first name is shown as ? which is not even close to what's on my birth certificate  which I guess implies I should have provided it - my name is Bill.
