maybe you could properly introduce yourself in the appropriate wrs thread which can be found here.
div2 is a group of mean racers of which some are very happy not to be demoted :) (since that is only done on own request) and others are very frustrated not (ever) to get promoted to div1 :dopey: because they will never become a div1 alien :cool:

just kidding mate, just be here often and soon you'll be faster than you know :cheers:

Hi all!

Been waiting about a year to participate in the WRS (!) Why, you may ask. Well, the first time I got a PS2 and GT4 (of course) i found this site and i was so excited that the hunt for a maxdrive began. And to my disapointment I couldn´t find one, and i were too stupid to realize an ARmax would do nicely :banghead:

Abandoned the quest and sold the PS2 and got a xbox with forza instead. A great game, just not AS great as GT4 IMHO. So I got bored with Ferraris and Porsches :confused: , got my second PS2 and GT4 (of course) and suddenly one day there it was, on a swedish netstore: A MaxDrive 👍

So now I'm here, in div2 :scared: and will try my best and see how far I can go and how much I can learn, hopefully a lot.

I'm a 35 yo soon to be King of the Road (Truck Driver) with a late awaken (correct english?) obsession for racing, LM and The Ring in particular. I got 2 kids and a really understanding wife, who served me with coffee, water and food in my 3-day all A-spec 24hrs at The Ring. How lucky can you get, I ask? :)

Most Wanted: Ride the Ring IRL in ANY car :bowdown:

And thank you for this amazing site, which helped me in so many ways in playing GT4

eh ok, i'll see if my missus would want to emigrate up north. she does like space and falls, tho if she'd like swedish falls i dont know. she patiently accepts me addictingly playing the game, but nowhere near the support in 24h races like you described.

And for the quick question, a slow response :)

I like The 200 and 700- series as those are the ones I have owned or driven myself alot. Newer volvos I just don't know enough about.
But generally speaking it's great everyday car, and it STARTS when it's -30 degrees celsius. 👍 But they don't make me jump extatically up and down.
💡 well, maybe some touring cars....
