All right, I checked this replay for fasj6418 and there is clearly a touch in the spot that you mentioned. There is also another very obvoius touch on the same lap when you are braking for the final chicane. I'm sorry but your entry for week 18 will have to be removed from the results. I find it hard to believe that you would try to pass this off as a clean run, especially since I clearly explained how to check for wall touches by using the analyzer in the week 18 race thread.
On the first graph is the hairpin before the uphill climb to the finish, you can see the downward spike easily:
You can see that the throttle is fully depressed at the point of the spike to the right of the red vertivcal line.
In the next shot, at the top of the spike, you are going 32.6...
and in the very next frame the speed has dropped to 31.5 mph, which is impossible using only the brakes.
As for the second touch, it is even more clear as shown here, right before you brake, notice the sharp spike as you hit the wall and brake at the same time:
This frame you are at 76.4:
The very next frame is 73.3, a speed loss of 3.1 MPH in ONE frame. Not possible by braking only.
I noticed both touches while watching the replay for the very first time, it was very clear to see the car act unnaturally at the point of contact each time. I only took pictures in the graph to show everyone that there is an easy way to unmistakenly spot a wall touch. Anyone who has a replay device on an NTSC system can download the run and replicate the same results. I also checked out your Week 19 run and it was legal, no problems there. Hopefully, this will not happen in the future from anyone in the WRS, and hopefully you guys will take the time to check each others' runs each week. As for fasj6418, you are still in Div.1, and I hope you can see the mistake as shown. Please do not let this happen again, as it will be your only warning. Carry on as normal. Everyone please check your week 20 runs for touches, and if you are in doubt at all, use the analyzer or send your run to someone for a second opinion like hotboi did in week 18 when he sent me his run. Ultimately, it is up to everyone to compete honestly, and only YOU have the final say as to what run you are going to submit. Please make sure it is the right choice.
If in doubt, throw it out. I do not want to see anyone lose their reputation, but the ARE people watching these runs each week, and if someone sees something suspicious, I would hope that it will be brought to my attention via PM.
