Ideas for single events

44. 1: Can-am/Group 7- This is essentially the Chaparral 2j vs the Toyota 7 The track would need to have a balance of tight sections and long straightaways to keep keep from favoring one car over the other. This is a race that could have possibly happened but never did.
2:The 60's vintage Lemans racecars, all of them together either at Sarthe or Monza (no chicanes)
3:Tommy Kaira zz's vs Autobacs Garaiya '02

Most of our competitions allow the use of the driving line. What do you prefer for the future:
D. Two types : 1. Light damage – Driving line vs 2. Heavy damage – No driving line

6. Points system

Which point system do you prefer:
A. 10-6-4-3-2 and 1 point for all the other finishers (like old F1 system)

7.

You have certainly many excellent ideas we didn’t think about.

I really prefer to disallow the use of the power limiter. I would like to have one or more events pitting different cars, run unmodified, against each other. I realize that requires an honor system since the rules would be unenforceable. I also realize that the cars will differ in performance, but thats the way it is irl.

The Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2 Zagato ‘65 deserves to be raced at Cote d'Azur.

3. Custom tracks?

there are many problems with the deficient penalty system of gt5, permitting corner and chicane cutting. On the other hand, the number of interesting gt5 tracks is rather limited. So, here is an idea we submit to your advice.

We ask members to create custom tracks and ask them to submit them for homologation to a track commission. Homologated tracks will be used in regular season races as a complement for the existing tracks. All homologated tracks will be put online by members in order to permit everybody to download them at all time.
