RUFs aren't Porsches. They take Porsche bodies that haven't been VIN-ed yet, do their modifications/tunes, and VIN them under their own brand name. I like RUF but all 5 are standards and they don't touch any of the classic Porsche race cars. It stinks to know that the biggest racing sim franchise doesn't have one of the most winningest motorsport brands in history. I would buy a Porsche DLC car pack on day 1 if that ever came to be.

I think Ferrari threw a tantrum because there is a Red Bull in the game. If it was a licencing issue the F2007 wouldn't be allowed to race in GT5 Prologue. It was the 'God' car in prologue, which is why i think Ferrari let them use it.

IIRC, Sony's license of Forumla 1 had expired and the deal with codemasters wasnt fully completed when GT5P released. If indeed it is a licensing issue, that may be why it could be used in GT5P and not GT5.
