I'm at 1-2. I usually don't post, but when I do, I just can't stop because it's usually about something interesting.

Strangely my average post per day is around 3 to 4, when I actually average 40 to 50 posts a day.

It might be that I joined in March and didn't post until November.

Mine has gone up to 5.31 posts per day. It had been below 5 for a few weeks, but it has increased in the past 2 weeks.

I did that 2 days ago, and got 30 posts in. I would post more but I like to hold back most of my views for fears of having them ripped apart. I'm slowly getting more comfortable though.

Some time ago I was focused on creating as much posts a day as possible, which was a huge mistake. The quality of my posting went downhill and people started to misinterpret me all the time. I even got in trouble with a mod, which was obviously my bad. I than decided to leave GTP for a while and calm down.
When I came back, I promised myself and said so on GTP that I wasn't going to post as much anymore and also changed my posting style. I'm not sure if I changed though.

I'm absolutely not interested in my average posts per day anymore. Learn from someone whom messed up badly in the past.

Newsflash to posters whom want to post as much as possible because they want to stand out, attract attention. It's not how many posts you post but the quality of your posts.

And no Danny, I'm not preaching, again. It's a given fact. Ask Jordan and any mod, super or not.

Wow. It was 3.9 last year, now it's 7.8. There were a couple months where I was making 20 posts a day (September and December). I look at those posts. 2 weeks ago I took a 6 day break from posting, and just watched others post. I have come back from that with a new attitude. Quality, not quantity. Because I'd rather post less and appear smarter than I indeed am.

Post count means nothing by itself, unless the sure sign of someone who lives primarily in virtual world.

Last time I looked, I was around 1.3 a day. Which surprises me - I thought I was a lot busier than that. I try to contribute what I feel is necessary. If not, I just enjoy browsing and reading. I do feel the lack of threads that are 'contributable to', though. Just MHO.
I do enjoy the community; it's what GTPlanet is.

Looking at it today, it's dropped to 4.90.
