There's a small but distinct difference between the two that you can actually make out on the screenshot of the wheel You can have another look at it if you want to. If nobody gets it right I'll solve it tomorrow. I'll give you a hint: Don't look at the headlights, the bumper or even the wheels. In fact, don't look at the lower portion of the car at all.

Wow I see it now. I must have been sleepy when I posted yesterday.

It's not blindingly obvious but the different antennas are noticable upon closer look. The 2015 Clio has a more "traditional" one whereas the 2016 variant has a modern fin-shaped antenna. Back when I was at university I used to be a groomer at a rental car office and trust me, those antennas you need to screw in and out upon every car wash are a pain in the backside.
