Next car in DLC wishlist: S Road MOLA GT-R

2011 Super GT champion, and current leader in 2012 season constructors/drivers table. What do you think? I know, another GT-R, but this particular one is gorgeous:

Somebody doesn't like to edit his posts^.

Still waiting for some more EU and USA cars.

See the afore mentioned Bentley GT3 that I posted that premiered at the Paris International Auto Show yesterday and see the 2012 Hennessy CTS-V Coupe that I post that made its debut a week ago. ;-)

Who cares that it can't turn?

Can't remember when I last posted in this thread but right now my wishlist looks like this.

Tracks:
Sonoma (infineon)

Premium cars: (In priority order)
Toyota Supra RZ '97
Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo MR '98
Subaru Impreza Coupe 22B-STi version '98
Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex (AE86) '83
Ferrari 355 Berlinetta F1

These cars should be relatively easy for PD to get their hands on.

The bluebird land speed record car from the 60's.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluebird-Proteus_CN7

Nice to know it is actually capable of driving round a circuit.

"Campbell demonstrated his Bluebird CN7 Land Speed Record car at Goodwood Circuit in July 1960, at its initial public launch and again in July 1962. The laps of Goodwood were effectively at 'tick-over' speed, because the car had only 4 degrees of steering lock, with a maximum of 100 mph on the straight on one lap."

100mph then slowing it down enough to make a corner with the tiny amount of steering lock on the short straights of Goodwood is pretty brave in my eyes!

Cars, just to name a few. All in Premium of Course!

This one is a must PD

We need more un-performance oriented cars. You know, big sedans, trucks, big coupes, small coupes, just about any American car from the 80s; the list goes on. I'd like to see these cars in particular:

17869305.jpg

1993 Cadillac Allante, and specifically the '93 model, as this was the final year, and it had the Northstar V8 which produced 275 horsepower, much more than any other Allante of yore. Yes, it's a heavy, front wheel drive American convertible with a center cluster that's about as user-friendly as neurosurgery. Of course, my main hobby in Gran Turismo is to cruise, not to race, so I'm more biased towards normal cars. But there's nothing else quite like it in Gran Turismo, and I think that's what's enough to warrant its inclusion in the game, after all, it is supposed to be the car encyclopedia.

1976 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, specifically the version with the 500 cubic inch V8. Not only is fantastic for cruising, but its V8 has endless amounts of torque, and the potential for the amount of power one could tune out of it makes me excited just thinking about it. Plus, it's a worthy edition to the small number of large vehicles in Gran Turismo, and it'd be by far the longest sedan in the game. And it'd make an excellent ramming machine, and not just for ramming, but it could even serve as protection, the same way the tank car does: nobody messes with the tank car, because nobody wants to suffer the consequence. This 4000lb+ sedan could easily do the same thing.

1998-00_Lexus_LS400.jpg

The Lexus LS400. This car should have been in Gran Turismo to begin with; it was the car that hurled Japan into the luxury car scene, and Kazunori likes to include legendary Japanese cars, just look at all those Skylines. So once again, this too makes a great cruiser, but I see it as a good edition to Gran Turismo for the fact that it's versatile. Its 1UZ-FE V8 is capable of producing impressive power when tuned, so that warrants it as at least a decent drag racer. A growing number of LS400s are being used in drifting, and this would make a nice alternative to the M5s and C63s you see in drift lobbies. It can also be useful to the stance crowd. Many LS400s are 'stanced', and they look quite good when stanced. And taking pictures of stanced cars is fun. :dopey:

My Car Wishlist:

Ford Focus RS500
Renaultsport Megane 265 Trophy
Vauxhall Astra GTC VXR
Fiat 500 Abarth SS
Vauxhall Corsa VXR Nurburgring
Renaultsport Clio 200 Cup
Renaultsport Twingo 133 Cup
2012/2013 Ford Focus ST

(Basically I wish for more hot hatches)

My Track List (more ambitious):

Knockhill
Toronto Indycar street course

I agree that it would be fun to have more stuff which isn't performance oriented and could offer a lot of fun for exactly that reason but why you chose an Allante and early Lexus to illustrate that point is beyond me to be honest (even though I would like an LS400 or big luxury cars like that) although I surely would welcome a big luxobarge like that Brougham, even though personally I'd have picked this Cadillac instead.

There's more interesting stuff from the US than only musclecars.

said 100000000 times but it would be nice to see the most iconic standards become premium in the following steps of the Jaguar le Mans proto.

Haha I would love to tune one of these and at least try and drive it on a track. It would be hilarious!!! There may not be room for anyone else other than myself however :-(
