I think the lowest you can go is to "1". So switch to "1" on the straights, you can even leave it at 2 all the time on most tracks.
I can actually use 2 now all the time on most tracks but you have to feather the throttle. Works well if you use the Analogue Sticks, or even better pedals.
In offline mode, in the settings you can change the presets, such as 1 or 2 or 3 to whatever percentage of TC you want. I think thats what Alltidxx means, would it work better if we put preset 1 at 0% TC? Do you reach a higher speed or do you reach the same high speed faster, or how does it work?
Small update for me:
I just noticed the typo I made on Bahrain. It should be a 1:33 not 1:32
Sepang 1:32.578 (Renault, auto, sixaxis)
Melbourne 1:26.901 (Renault, auto, sixaxis)
Hey these times Suede were those while using ME for brakes or without, LOL gotcha just kidding. Really though are pb times TT single player or online all are different.

Suede are'nt you at work. To me that is some of the best fun talkin smack with good competition.
One thing to remember ,is the times set in weekly hot laps , would not be able to set in race at 30% distance or more, as tyres & fuel would probably not eventuate to the times.
I have taken one of my setups (I do all mine in TT) to a weekend race and destoyed the tyres in 6 laps, so to give a little life to them ,I have to ask less of them, inturn GO SLOOOOWWWER, Dam I hate doing that.
Good that it worked out that way (it should). Also, for races a bigger priority is to have a stable car so to allow for some mistakes without major impact. For one lap one might as well as have an all-or-nothing setup since mistakes will not matter if they will have serious consequenses or not, because the lap can and will be re-run regardless. You know that of course, I'm just sayingOne thing to remember ,is the times set in weekly hot laps , would not be able to set in race at 30% distance or more, as tyres & fuel would probably not eventuate to the times.

Isn't it always dusk in TT mode? I can't seem to drive well with that lighting.
I better update this thread soon! And the rest of the times from the weekly series thread will be added after it has finished in 2 weeks. So I'll pencil this update in for tonight, aka sometime next week!!
Great to see so many F1CE fans, hopefully we'll all have a really good online mode to compete with each other on when Codemaster release their 2009 version.
@ bigEfan, I'm sorry but I cant help you with your downloading problem at all, which is why I didnt post in your thread, maybe someone will have experienced the same problem but it seems odd if its not the firewall which is blocking it.
Any one know when Codemasters version ( F109) will be out?
Looking at the P.B. times again, I find myself wondering who's using a wheel & who's using a pad? I think this information should be included with the times.
My suspicion is that the fastest times are being set with a controller rather than a wheel, but I could be wrong. I content myself with the knowledge that I still have great races with the AI on Hard, whereas Fishfash, Alizera, Shaggy et al. must have really boring offline races as they are 2 - 4 secs a lap faster than the AI cars.
