Generally Silver Users are excluded from any multiplayer features. So unless T10 has "forgotten" to set a switch on their servers (accepting gifts on Silver was possible for quite some time with FM2) then: no.

Actually, I think I'll be spending some credits in the storefront on decals this time. It was neat to make a few dozen - gad - decals in FM2, but I'm doing too many things at once these days, and even with a long holiday vacation upcoming, I'd much rather be creating things that are worthwhile. I'll leave the national flags and fonts to the kids who spend their lives in their 360s. Well, except I might make my own Stars n Stripes, just because some things mean a little more to me.

Sadly I think most people want big chrome wheels so they can be "big pimpin" or something. I agree though, weaksauce indeed. I'm pretty disappointed by it.

I counted about 120 wheels in that video above. I don't remember how many FM2 had (never counted), but it had less manufacturers, but more wheels within each manufacturer.

I personally found that over half of the wheels in FM2 looked like donkey dung.

As do many in FM3, and the painting of them is a nightmare, you really can't get any kind of colour on many of them. I tried to put a set of Minilites/Watanabe style wheels on an AE86 in order to paint them gold but it really doesn't work... Booooooo! Also you still can't paint wheels white! Just what the hell is up with that. There are certain games that you can tell were made with love and passion, more recently; Gears of War 2, Fallout 3, RB: The Beatles, Half Life 2, Bioshock, etc. but with FM3 it just has the feeling it was made by a comittee around a boardroom table. I'm actually liking this game less and less there are that many little annoyances in it.

Anyway I made another little logo, a Domokun character - one with a black outline and one with a white outline. Check out my Storefront if you want one.

You can use it on your designs for personal use, but you cannot sell a design if it contains a logo done by anyone other than you.

I think the only to have the vinyls remain unlocked is to gift them, otherwise I think they're automatically locked so no one can mess with them and re-sell them.

Just made a few MX-5 designs with extended wheel arches, black rooftop and FRP hood:

I used the first of the tuner hoods, Buddy Club rear bumper and no skirts or bonnet the wheels are Work Equip.

There are 10 of each design in my storefront priced at 10,000 each, so snap these little bad-boys up while you can!

Edit: Alright, I feel really stupid here. How are you supposed to find ANYTHING on the auction house? Someone said there were keywords to search by. I can just narrow it down to specific cars, drivetrains, etc. Where am I supposed to go?

I've uploaded a couple basic things, but honestly if it takes me less the 20 minutes to create the decal I'm just offering it for free. If I do get into more complex things I'll probably start charging but things like really basic stickers and web address shouldn't require any money.

I'm very proud of that Civic. I didn't do the vinyls, however. I was going to, and then that was one of the very first car designs I saw in the storefront for the Si. No reason to redo what he already did well. Vinyl design is from "SI Guy 06".


Someone should buy a setup from me, though. Its a damn quick car, especially when its basically at stock horsepower.

I'd rather play with your logo itself rather than fuss with trying to recreate it for other effects. Next week, I intend to spend some of this wealth to get a few good JDM sports cars, race mod 'em up, and then play around with some shapes and colors for a Playstation/GT specific livery.

I'm putting some elements up - assuming the Storefront is working - of BTCC bits. Things like the number badges, HiQ plaques, "BTCC ON itv4", and I'll be adding to it as I go. I'll have decals from other series soon. Some decals are up now. Yes, you have to pay, but I'm a greedy bastid, don't have time to milk the game for money, and these stupid things take some time to get right.
