my Zo6 is wicked fast, 840 horses fully tuned. I'd like to know what the ZR1 is like too. Maybe see what the racing mod looks like.

My ZR-1 has 905 hp, reaches 400 km/h, and although I haven't done it, the RM makes it look pretty close to the C6.R race car.

I have heard of some people saying the Z06 is faster?

Anyone have fully modded either of them and ran em?

I have the 2004 Z06 has well over 770HP fully tuned and modded, I beat a race modded ZR1 online and the Viper, it was the fastest Viper available in the game, online. And these were GTP members using wheels, I use a DS3 and still smoked them. I love the Vettes because they are very tunable, not the worlds best handling, but a good driver who's also a good tuner can win alot of races in either of the Vettes IMO. cant wait to get my hands on that ZR1.

i have a c6 z06 making 857 and ran a c6 zr1 making 905 and we were pretty much even till we got to over 200 and he starts pulling

a fully modded acr viper is definitely faster then any corvette

I have got tips that the Z1R is the car for the "Like the wind" Superspeedway Indie race.

I have tune it to max but the grip isnt good in corners :( Anyone here got any settings for the car?

Sounds about right, the Z06 can reel the ZR1 back in precisely because of that though. A Z06 drafting will pull harder than a ZR1 running in clean air.

Just for those who might not know; You can repaint your corvette's RM once it's done so your once orange vette can be orange once again, instead of being white in the front

:tup:Guys, anyone out there tossing up between the two vettes in the earlier part of the game should go for Z06 ('06) model. It's about $110k cheaper & it has never let me down! Also, you don't need to do everything to get it performing very well. Just RM it, then do the missing basics like ECU, intake, race filter, cat & exhaust piping. You will also need to put soft race tyres on & the LSD. You won't need to play with the gears at all. With the susp I just reduced the rear rollbar to 3 & added camber of 2.0 to the front. Set the LSD as 20/30/40 in that order & you are all good to go. Should have 600hp & weigh 1090kg. Perfect all-rounder to win anything it can enter in expert level & below.

changed the gear ratios on my z06 and ran much better last night (in a straight line)

let me know if there are any fully tuned zr1's out there that want to run

How noticeable is the sound of the ZR1's supercharger? Because I hate that sound and it could easily sway me towards a Z06 instead.

I have a fully modified and RM ZR1 and thus far it is my favorite car, there are some great tuning setup's out there that make it flawless.

Yes it is expensive, but very solid, and will embarrass cars costing twice as much when set up properly.

I think that it is a win/win combination.

I have both fully modded (RM and all performance upgrades). the ZR1 kills the ZO6, so bad in fact the ZO6 sits in the garage gathering dust.

I have a fully modded ZR1 that I'm going to tune this morning.
PSN: xViLLaiNx12 - I'll add you and then we can tweak the most out of our 'Vettes in an online Lobby

EDIT: I just created a lobby called "GTPlanet Tuning. Mics" where I'm going to be running laps in my ZR1 and some other tunes. Anyone feel free to join. 👍
