Even though it dosent show a difference in weight maybe it was a feature meant to be implimented and works but was abandonded due to the game being rushed?

I think it has more to do with the difference in wheel diameter compared to stock, so the motor uses more or less revolutions to move the tire. I know some cars it modifies the gear ratios, if you look hard enough.

Yes , the rims affect the gear ranges on FC transmission.
The rim size change affects.. the max speed shown on stock transmission aswell: (on some cars)
It might be worth testing (on each car you tune) , which is better for drag racing. Smaller , larger or stock rims ?

KaroSVTRI tested the Supra also and it gave me a .22sec slower with stock rims
Don't you mean 0.022? Because then the supra would be doing 9.7s!!
