Episode 1 of GT Academy 2012
GTPlanet is teaming up with Nissan to host a live Twitter viewing party for this week’s episode of GT Academy 2012 on Spike TV this Thursday, November 15, at 11:30pm Eastern Time.
Nissan will be giving away nearly $500 worth of gear during the event, including the Grand Prize: a Logitech Driving Force GT racing wheel with Big Boy Xlerator Wheel Stand.
To win the Grand Prize, just tune into the show and post a tweet containing the #GTAcademy hashtag sometime between 11:00pm ET and 12:30am ET.
More prizes, including Nissan GT-R hooded jackets, copies of Gran Turismo 5, and a $30 PlayStation Network gift card will also be awarded to winning participants who answer the trivia questions we’ll be posting via our @NissanNews and @GTPlanetNews Twitter accounts, so follow them now!
We will also be tweeting live impressions and reactions from the GT Academy finalists starring in the show, so keep an eye out for that as well.
Even if you’re not on Twitter, stay tuned; I’ll be posting up a live Twitter stream in a new post here on GTPlanet so you can keep an eye on all the discussion while you watch the broadcast.
Note the prizes can only be won by legal U.S. residents over the age of 13; please review the official contest rules for complete eligibility requirements.

Really annoying how they advertise this world wide as if everyone in the world can take part, just like the GT Academy it’s self
They arent… they advertise it as” US” twitting party man
You would think they would give away a better wheel eh!
That ‘s the same steering wheel as mine lol
This will be my first live tweeting party. I doubt I’ll win anything but the hoodie would be nice!

Because it says GT Academy 2012 —> U.S. <— Twitter Viewing Party ???
I was ready to follow both twitters and try to win or the $30 PS Store gift card or the wheel, but then I’ve readed the U.S. legal resident rule. Well, maybe another time.
I live in Brazil before someone asks that I’m living illegally in the States haha.
Readed?
