If you are having trouble accessing some of the online features of Gran Turismo Sport right now, you are not alone.
Since earlier today on Christmas Eve, problem reports have flooded into our forums from users around the world. Although several features such as the game’s Activity Feed appear to be affected, the decal collections and Livery Editor files seem to be hit the hardest and are not working at all.
As of writing, there is no way around the issue.
With so many users eager to play the game during the holiday, along with all the new players who will find the game under the tree on Christmas morning, this is not good timing.
We will keep an eye on things and update this post accordingly. Until then, check our forums for up-to-the-minute status reports from other users.
