It’s a whole new week for the GTPlanet Gran Turismo Sport Photo Mode Competition. While players wait to find out what exactly is coming with the next game update, we’ve got a new Franco-Japanese theme for the digitial photographers out there. Read on for all the details!
PMC 07 Poll Now Open
Last week’s theme was all about class. No, not the different racing divisions in GT Sport; the timeless elegance of black and white photography.
Plenty of folks entered, but now community judge zzz_pt has picked his favorite 40 images to advance to the poll. Now it’s your turn to cast your vote and help determine the winner.

This Week’s Theme
We’re heading to Le Mans this week! As you may have noticed, it’s not a part of the track list in GT Sport, but it does play host to plenty of Scapes locations.
Those real-world photos will be where you take your Japanese race cars. GTPlanet user AlexSinclair, this week’s judge and man behind that Adidas livery up above, explains:
“Japanese cars have somewhat of a curse at the historic track, but I want to see your best shots of them in all their glory.”
CARS: Race cars from Japan
LIVERIES: Has to at least include numbers on the side of the car (You can easily apply these in Racing Items)
LOCATIONS: Only Le Mans
SCAPES: Yes, exclusively
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: If you are panning, you must position the car so that it is travelling in the direction of the racing circuit. If the car is still, you may position it whatever way you like. I understand that this is a difficult one, so if your car is positioned the wrong way around, I’ll correct you before the deadline.
