Well mychase for King of San andreas is put on hold as i havnt felt like killin for a while. though im sure id get backinto it soon.

I just got about 65,000 CR points today (yes, I had a lot of time on my hands) and "High Roller" switches to "Four-Star General" at 375,000.

i was thinking about testing out some more of the CR titles, since i have the next 3 days off i might just do that.. yay for competition

updated the list, and i changed godfather to 500,000 - 1,000,000 and four star general im sure ends at 499,999

not trying to call you a liar or anything.. but as of right now i have a CR of 375,230 (High Roller).. did you get past 400,000? maybe it changes there.. i plan on going back later to find out, but needed a break

I am 100% POSITIVE it changed to Four-Star General at 375. I remember being at about 374,090 then saving after a few kills and it switched. Since then I have raised it to 400,018, so I think I'll go lose a bunch of money gambling to lower my CR back to check.

That is strange. Maybe it will change at 400,000 for you. If it doesn't you can supposedly check in your stats to see if cheats have been used. If that's the case it certainly would be a bummer.

Also, cheating could affect you so that your point go up, but possibly your actual written ating stays the same. Just a thought.

i didn't cheat, in fact i dont like to cheat nor do i know any cheats, so i assume someone else did...Jimmy Enslashay

Im pretty sure vice city does that too. If you save with a cheat, you A) can't take it off or B) makes funny things happen and creates odd paterns in the scripting.

yeah, i was waiting to see what would happen.. i was hoping it wouldn't do anything bad since i already had 100% when the cheat was saved, but if this is the only thing that it affects i dont really mind too much

Maybe Rockstar is punishing people that use cheats--- making them work that much harder to get to the next level--or rewarding people for not using them-- guess we will find out what happens--- maybe it added several thousand points to the rankings for each cheat in your stats.
375,000 is an odd number for it to switch over to a new ranking, especially when OG lasted for 100,000 points---its odd that the next one lasted less points (very uncharacteristic of a GTA game).

well my title finally changed to 'four-star general' but it happened at a weird number... 414,719

That is a weird number--- are you sure thats where it changed over at, or is that where you were when you checked it and it was switched over??
Hopefully all your rankings were shifted up by the same amount so you aren't chasing "king..." ranking indefinately....
Did you verify its 5 pts per 1% or the fact that your accuracy won't go over 100%??

well it may not have switched over at that exact number, but it was very very close... within 100
well, my accuracy is and has been 100% for a while, so i have no way to verify that, but i do know it doesn't go over 100%.. (did i misread it?)

I think you did mis read (or he mis-wrote it) , he wrote the first part (5 pts per 1%) based on my post from VC-- I did notice that accuracy does increase it in SA but did not calculate it out to verify by how much-- the 2nd part he figured out by doing brown thunder-- so just the points per % is not verified
I can verify it (my accuracy is around 60%), just need to do some math-- I'll try and do so tonight.

i think i'm up to about 215 hours now

I'm at about 113 hours played now. I've experimented with a few kill spots and methods but nothing magical yet-- about 8500 kills now and CR about 232,000--- mostly from helicopters-- at least they spawn faster then in VC-- they get irritating sometimes...but at least you get CR points for them.
