Close. Its the new 2005 RS4.

However im going to try a different style this time.
Instead of block colours ill try to use gradients as they tend to look cleaner in the long run. 👍

Edit: Just been thinking about it and ive realised this is going to take me all year! :lol:
Considering the amount of detail i painstakingly squeezed into the M3 CSL.
I like detail so i wont make it a crappy one by any means :)
 
Thanks people. i will most likely use blocks for the hard light areas but the doors look like theyre gonna need a gradient, otherwise it would just end up having too many block colours. So, having said that, i will mix and match block and gradients to see what i can get.
 
Sorry for the double post people.

I need help!! Ive been picking my brains over what will look better and i just cant decide!! Ok let me explain.

Take a look at what ive circled here. You may notice its where the wing mirror resides, yes? Good, but im not sure whether i should make lines to single it out or just leave it as one colour on top of another, stupid i know but ive almost developed a complex about it!

Yes it looks to me like it needs lines there. Just do a bunch in the same weight as the window lines (1px ?). Looking goood 👍

Thanks don, ill do that another day however. I had a go at some colouring earlier but scrapped it cos i couldnt get the gradient just how i wanted it. Will probably end up in blocks like the M3. Nevermind though ill just have to master the blocking effect then move onto gradients at a later date. I wont have much time to do any more tomorrow, might get a couple of hours in which ill finish the linework.
Expect to see some colouration soon! 👍

Thanks guys. Really appreciate the feedback, it helps to know what you people think about my W.I.P.
I managed to get some more done tonight (though by GMT its now 2:44AM!)
Still about 10 hours away from completion! :lol: I dont wanna rush it tho because its something for me to do whilst im waiting patiently to see my girl again. This helps me take my mind off of it so the days go by quicker. Have yet to complete the front bumper even! :crazy: I will leave one more update once ive completed the front bumper, but after that im gonna leave u guys guessing!! haahaa im so evil :grumpy:

edit: btw a small update can be seen in my post a way back for you lazy people
 
:indiff: i havent had much time to do any more on my RS4 recently, been working a lot and just generally being lazy. if i can be bothered i will see how much i can get done tonight. :)

meh havent been doin much recently ive got 23rd and 24th off of work tho so ill try get some time in.

brief update, this is your last one from now on its gonna be all hush hush;)
got the bumper done bar the lights and grilles they're gonna ba the last thing i do along with the wheels and windows

 
OMG is this thread dead of what!? come on people i wanna see come fresh vector art! (: i'll add my contribution in the form of some light detail.
thougt id have a crack at it earlier and im pretty pleased with how its coming along.
