Sort of messy and I'm assuming you used the smudge tool also on the body work of the car... It looks decent but messy, muddy, and a little weird imo. The blur looks awesome though.

Nope, I've only done the legacy one other time and it wasnt here. You're probably thinking of the blue M3 update I did a long time ago which also had the same wheels.
