Call me a quitter! I am going to skip this week ... you guys are amazing :nervous:
unless slipztrem delays the poll for a week
otherwise I don't have time to make anything competitive

Everyone - Yes, the poll will be delayed. I will be asking for the Top 10 Saturday evening when I head to work, and will be putting the poll up Sunday morning when I get home. So give TW some more entries to choose from!

It's great to see an entry from you Slip, I have really missed your work. Great style, and that shot is no different. Love the lighting/tones. Sweet Car/Wheel combo too. 👍

Also a stunning shot from GR21, very realistic looking. I like the glow and desaturated look and another great choice of Car and Wheels. 👍

I would love to see something from you sej and Beerzy, hope you can make it in.

No that my cat....he is the physchic one.... Apart from he is asleep on the floor now....

Personally I still haven't grown to like my shot, the alloy looks...well....erm...not good.

J, your shot looks a bit weird, man. It's like it lost some definition quality during the edit, it's hard to explain. And the car's door is really messed up, did you clean it? :odd:
Bram, that cleanup you did on the Impreza is downright awesome, reflections don't look vectorized at all, very smooth and natural, colors are spot on, as are all car's lines. Plus, excellent work on the background. 👍

Thanks Beerz, I was rather dissapointed with it. The car came out abnormally jagged due to the huge levels I had to fix since it was at night and it's harder to get out all the colours it seems at night, I think if I'd chosen a better set of wheels, it could've been a lot better :cheers:


Your entry is awesome as well, I don't really dig those colours, but the cleanup looks very good. It's a little bit blodgy on some spots, but I love the dodged lines you added, like those on the front bumper and the doorlines are wonderful 👍

Thanks TW, it was your PM that made me find a bit of time this week to shoot the Supra :). I'm always having little "I should try this in GT" thoughts throughout the weeks, but I just never get around to it. I'll try to keep this from being a one-time week ;).

On that note, TW is being PM'd as well for the Top 10's, so everyone (hey Franz!), if you're going to try to get an entry in, you've got until he or I close it down!

Yeah, there's some flaws here and there, I got a bit rusty from these downtime days. And I thought it'd take more time to correct them than it's worth, so I left it there.
Rims and headlights took a lot of time, never thought they'd need so much time to get right...

The coloring was kinda experimental, but I am happy with it, mainly the background, which took a lot of time to blur correctly, lots of selective blurring there. Then dodging and burning...
Doorlines came out a lot better than I expected, they fit well on the car's angle I think. On the dodged lines, I've been trying to get this sort of thing right from the tournament, but I'm not totally happy with how some of them come out, need more practice. alex does them perfectly... :rolleyes:

Glad you like the coloring. Like I said, it was kinda experimental, but it came out very balanced, I think. I like the mood they give, especially on this shot.
